Prompt call back upon first contacting them for a traffic ticket. My issue was not able to be dismissed in court. But, the long term savings by not having points on your license for insurance purposes and not needing to take time off work to deal with all of it is just *chef’s kiss*.

The company was very efficient in handling my case, starting from the client onboarding to closure of the case. I did not have to put in any time once my case was taken up by them.

Got a traffic ticket on 08/25/2021. Checked for a professional attorney and landed with this firm.
Called and pay the same day paid $550 thru the phone.
they guaranteed that it was an easy case.
Two years after just got an email not even a call from Brie Rowan, that I’m guilty and need to pay the fine, and of course 2 points.
Been calling for an answer several times. No lines working.
I understand you cannot win 100% of the cases, but :
- you do not say this is easy and you will win, you may suggest
- today I’m $688 down and very disappointed with how you guys detailed with me, I’m a respectable citizen and also a customer,
it would have been polite to receive a call.
I will definitely not recommend this firm not because you lost the case, because of the way you handle it. I feel cheated
