It was very easy to work with Rosenblum from beginning to end. They were responsive to all my emails and questions, they explained very well what would be happening and the different outcomes and they stuck with me the entire time it took to resolve this matter. My outcome was exactly what I was hoping for.

Was given 2 violations in NYC for one easily mistaken reading of a turn sign back in 2019. Hired Rosenblum Law based on phone consultation with them. They got continuations from traffic court for past almost 5 years and in the end got one summons dropped and guilty of the second with points. Not quite the expectations they led me to believe would be the outcome. Would have been more than happy with reducing both counts to non moving violations and a larger fine as they indicated to me is what they "usually" accomplish. Guess not with me. Hence the 3 star rating which seems appropriate.

Although everything was hands off, there was limited interaction with lawyers. Staff were quick and responsive with inquiries but for the fee charged, i would've expected some consultation with a lawyer.

Very professional in the case handling and seamless experience. Also helped me reduce the points on my tickets. I would use them if need them next time (although I hope I don’t have to :)) .

The money paid to Rosenblum was well worth it in my opinion. I could have ended up paying more for my son's moving violations but more importantly, he could have racked up many points on his license. Rosenblum was able to have some tickets dismissed as well as have points significantly reduced and it was done swiftly in 3 weeks. I couldn't be more pleased with Rosenblum Law.

Great company. Got rid of my ticket without any hassle. I thought it was impossible but they pulled thru like champs.

I was caught speeding for the first time ever doing 82 in a 65. Thought I was screwed, but gave them a call and they walked me through what to expect. It was an easy and smooth process where I didn't need to show up in court, they handled everything with good communication.

They got my ticket reduced from a 4 point moving violation to a 0 point non-moving violation with a smaller fine, which is an amazing outcome that avoids impacting insurance and saved my clean driving record!

One thing they could improve on is automated reminders, I got sent multiple emails and texts for things I'd already done/didn't need to do, which was a bit confusing. I assume those reminders lag actual case status until someone manually updates something? Not worth docking any stars over, though, just odd.
