I received great representation from the firm, and am very happy with the outcome. That being said, i felt disappointed by the communication of the firm. It felt difficult to get an update from the firm. I felt unsure of my choice and wanted to obtain email records of updates in my case, which was again difficult. The firm did obtain a positive outcome for me, and I am overall satisfied with the representation I received. My case was a resolved in about 5 months.

Rosenblum is definitely an expert firm in dealing with traffic violations. Over the last year, my experience has been nothing but pleasant, both in dealing with the firm admin staff and lawyers. To start, there was no issue to get to talk to a lawyer (and I spoke to 2) to understand the process and strategies that may be employed. Response was always timely and satisfactory. Admin staff starts on top of communication. Overall a very transparent and positive experience

It would be able to cover all my air ticket and hotel fee. It is not worth to spend almost $1000 when you can settle with $200.
