Really great product which was better than I thought it would be - will use again

The three cast iron radiators are a big improvement visually over the ones they replaced and are much admired. If we had done more research before ordering, we would have paid more attention to the heat output rather than the dimension between the existing flow and return copper pipes. Let this be a warning to future purchasers as we have had to turn up the boiler temperature in the current cold weather - using more gas. In fact our plumber was so good at bending pipes neatly we could have selected an extra column on each rad.
However, that was our mistake and the radiators themselves are excellent quality and just what we wanted. The sole reason for the score being 4 not 5 is the delayed delivery period of six weeks rather than the five weeks maximum we were promised.

We looked high and low to find the perfect cast iron radiators that were beautiful in finish and reasonably priced. Trads cast iron radiators were the answer to our problems. They have an excellent range of products and stocked exactly what we were looking for. Prior to placing the orders (we've purchased three beautiful styles so far in a range of colours), we contacted Trads to seek advice. They went above and beyond on each occasion, sending samples and talking us through sizing, fitting, and finishes. And, all this through lockdown too! The best part was that the price is the MOST competitive on the market and comparable to some of the reclaimed radiators we've seen without the added cost of collection, repair and repaint.

To top it off, the communication from Trads was fantastic and the delivery was prompt. We couldn't be more delighted with our stunning radiators and will be returning soon to place an order for our dining room.

Excellent product, Sales, and Support teams. Item is supplied pressure tested and I have not experienced leaks with a Trads radiator (unlike some of their competitors). Paint finish excellent, Delivery was earlier than quoted.

A fabulous range of iron radiators with a huge selection of colour options. When we visited the showroom both Catina and Ashley could not have been more helpful.

in June I ordered a cap for radiators by paying with PayPal, then I integrated the payment with the required postage. After several weeks I asked for information and was told that it would arrive at an address which, however, did not correspond to the one indicated in my request. To date the piece has not arrived and I was forced to open a dispute with PayPal .... in short, a disaster .... I hope for a miracle of the last hour

STUNNING product & service :)))) Sadly the same can not be said for the delivery company. The driver was awful :( Hopefully this will be sorted as the product is second to none! A*****

As we where redecorating our stairs landing and hallway, we wanted a feature radiator rather than the standard white single panel rad in the hallway,
looking around the web at what was available, and the prices, I have to say Trads came out on top, not only with the range and styles of radiators they have, but also all the accessories available, and their customer service,

The radiator i had ordered was rather large, and on their web site it states that the radiators are shipped in two parts, which in my case would still be to large to handle, a few emails to their customer service dept, and i was assured my radiator would be delivered in Three parts,
On the day of delivery, the driver dropped it right by my front door, along with the box of accessories i had ordered,

Really good quality radiator that will take pride of place in our newly decorated hallway,

Excellent service. Had an absolute nightmare with the r rad we originally ordered from. 4 months and no rad or refund. Contacted this company and I had a similar rad delivered FOC within a week and an awful lot cheaper that the original.
We’re in the process of replacing all our rads with cast iron ones and Trads will get all of my business.
