This company is amazing ! I needed a gasket for a radiator and even though I had not bought my radiator from them and it was not a big purchase they were so helpful. The lady to whom I spoke was very, very helpful, to the extent that she posted me free samples of the grommets. Delivery was a little pricey with no option of Royal Mail which would have made the purchase cost less. But overall I cannot fault the service.

We placed our order of a small radiator on 29/07 and it arrived on 07/09. There were some issues with delivery but Trads have since put this right and apologised. The radiator is good quality and what we wanted.

Absolutely exceptional service from Trads from start to finish! From ordering paint swatches at the start of the process to helping us source the valves that we wanted. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process and delivery was very smooth. The radiators themselves are first class quality and we couldn’t be more pleased.
