Much easier to deal with than any other website I found - really straightforward system of figuring out dimensions. And super helpful on the phone. Really pleased with the look of the final product too, although it's still summer so yet to actually try them out!

Excellent service. Contacted by phone before purchase online and advisor was very helpful. Arrived complete & within timescales. Courier was very very helpful. Actual radiator was very heavy & needs 2 people to move. Read instructions first to show how to transport. Looks fantastic so pleased. Looks superb in hallway with mahogany staircase. ( gold ) ordered. Would purchase again.

Whilst the ordering process was easy and the configuration really useful, it's the after sale care that leaves something to be desired.

With my radiator I ordered two wall stays, the body of which is fine, the issue is the plates used to grip the radiator and keep it secured.

The ones shipped with mine were 3-4mm too short thus meaning the slipped through the gap. I rang and left a message but heard nothing, I also emailed and after 4 days still heard nothing so I called them. The person who answered seemed to understand the issue and said he'd "get the shop to make some more and post them out". About a week later a package arrived with two more wall stays but the plates which are the issue were exactly the same size as the other. I again rang them only this time the person who answered said they were a standard size and there really was nothing they could do as the radiators are hand made and there is going to be some difference in the gaps and the stays are bought in. So I basically have a radiator that I'm having to purchase other wall stays for as the one sold by them are not fit for the job.

Radiator is as I said fantastic, it's the after sales where the low score comes from.

Little update - Finally after 5 weeks and paying the Royal Mail for the shortfall in postage fees the new plates are finally here and the radiator secure to the wall. As mentioned, the radiator is fantastic just a pity customer service was only average.

Great range of styles and colours at very competitive prices. Ordering was simple, staff were helpful and on hand to answer any queries. Communication was good. Although still to install, we are delighted with our 2 radiators. They are of the highest quality and look incredible - thank you Trads.
