Update as of September 11, 2026Here are a few more highly "interesting" facts about the TradeSanta platform, which is so passionately praised by Mr. Michael (I will get back to this gentleman later, as things are starting to get sketchy there too).On August 6th, TradeSanta deigned to reply to my question about whether this was a global system outage. They officially stated—and I have full confirmation in the chat logs and screenshots—that this issue affects exclusively MY bots. I would like to strongly emphasize that word: MY.I thought to myself: alright, maybe my old user profile actually suffered some kind of database error. So, I created a completely new, fresh account with a new email address, generated new API keys, and set up the bots from scratch. To speed up the test, I set up the test bot with a tight grid as usual: 0.5% TP and 0.5% EO. And what happened? Exactly the same thing I described earlier. The bot was simply left stranded like an orphan with nothing but a single Sell (take profit) order.So, I decided to play along and test a looser grid: 1% TP and 1% EO. The result? The exact same bugged behavioral pattern: first, the engine skipped the defense points (Extra Orders), and the moment the bot executed the TP, it was left with only the Sell order. And only the Sell order. So my question is: dear Santa, how on earth does this, as you previously pointed out in the chat, only affect MY bots? The only logical explanation is that your backend engine is some kind of psionic medium that senses my presence and has an obsession exclusively with MY BOTS. Or maybe I have just discovered that ALL USERS ARE AT RISK. I will leave this question for you to explain.Now let's move on to your response and PR. I say support is a failure—the reviewer claims the support is brilliant. As far as I'm concerned, that’s a few too many coincidences.That's all for now. The tests are ongoing, and I am truly sorry that I had to bring this war to a public forum, but I see no other motivation for the developers than making what is happening public. came to crypto as a newbie and ofc right when Bitcoin is pumping again (yeah, a bit late lol)

onboarding was easy, support helped with Binance and DCA bot setup. 1st result +3% realized profit, not huge but it feels good ha ha.

pretty nice for beginners.if you are new and just one thing simple clear and easy to understand without getting lost in a lot of settings

first off the bot didn't work but that was my fault because i was new at this, i got some help from santa's helpers and everything up and running together.

really great customer service when something doesnt work, im really happy. pls consider this bot.

Lot of bugs in their platform. When i try to create a bot, i can't see "pair" options. I already contact live chat but there is no solution.

I've been using this service for 1 month only, all in all the experience is great. I'm a newbie in auto trading, but the usage seems uncomplicated. What I can point out is a real human approach of customer service. I don't have to make my way to the real agent through numerous article suggestions and so. I quickly got a precise help with instructions from the support team without large canned auto-replies. Keep up the good work. The result seems fine at this moment.

I have been using TradeSanta for about a year now and very satisfied with the results that I have with their bots: easy to customize, DCA and Grid, spot and futures, mostly trade on Binance, though they support other exchanges as well. Their customer service is quite well organized and their response is fast with solutions on point!

I have been using tradesanta for about 7 days now, the result is wholesome. I used the Grid and DCA bots and bot software is functioning optimally. Great customer support and great system. highly recommendable.

Been using it for half an year now and so far so good, at least in terms of functionality.

On the bright side: their platform is always online, they have one of the best customer support teams I've ever encountered, the bots are always working (with a few minor glitches when they stop out of a sudden) and are low maintenance.

On the negative side: Speaking about the returns, they are not that great - meaning that you wont get rich overnight. The bots are basic and do not perform well unless there is volatility on the market (if it is not, the bots wont produce anything, even if take profit is set very low).

However, considering the somewhat affordable price they ask (plus the regular discounts for the plans they offer) and the low maintenance needed, it is worth your time. Won't get you rich, but in the end it will make pay for itself and make you some spare change (having at least 2-3k for the bots to play with).

Works well, the software works....

Edit: Deposito demorou um pouco para cair mas ja está tudo certo, agora irei utilizar a plataforma e saber se realmente terei lucros. Se a plataforma realmente for rentável aumentarei a nota da minha avaliação depois.

Sorry I don't have any experience with TradeSanta yet but, very soon I will start trading on this platform which from the opinions heard around, seems to be very interesting ... As soon as ready, I will write my comment and give my opinion too ... in the meantime thank you and good luck to all.

Easy to use.
Time to time some problems with bots, they stop create orders on exchange, but mostly working good.

I am with Santa nearly 2 years. This time is great evidence, that bots are working perfectly! The biggest advantage is that interface is really friendly and even beginner can easily use bots and collect profits. Subs plan can be paid within few weeks thanks to their bots.

I'm using TradeSanta for a week now and have tried about 10 other platforms. I use it primarily for Grid position trading. For me TradeSanta is the best by far!

* A very clever way of placing buy and sell orders. Much more dynamic than the fixed grids that you see a lot. End result is higher income!

Tradesanta is an easy starting point for me. I've been using it for over a year and never had any problems, and support team was very responsive to any questions I had or help needed. I recommend it.

Excelente, fácil de usar y de entender, además tiene periodo de prueba y la versión básica que además es muy completa,es muy barata, con el bot de telegram no es necesario habrir la aplicasin a cada rato, y si esto no fuera poco, la app del telefono es muy completa 10/10
