They shipped the items quickly, and packed it so well in multiple layers, that nothing was damaged. The response time to respond to questions wasn't bad considering, I'm US time time zone so I didn't have to wait to long to hear back. I would most certainly buy from them again if they got more things I'm interested in.

The delivery speed is really quick. When I received my Himari figurine the packaging is very secure, there is no damage whatsoever.
