Impressive Trade Price building system let down by slapdash TP RECOMMENDED builder and TP RECOMMENDED building inspection company who sent an inspector without any knowledge of the system ( not cheap either ) stillI working my way through putting things right. Problems sofar 1. Incorrectly fitted roof tiles (on going), 2 soffit board (gutter fixed to this board) only fixed at each end of a 7mt span so weight of water inside incorrectly fitted guttering made it sag down and foul patio door. 3 gutter needed repositioning to drain correctly and down pipe only held onto gutter end with silicone sealant. I purchased a correct stop end with drain to fix. 4 Two rooflight finishing covers have securing screws not fitted. 5 patio door needed re packing as glass not fitted correctly (paid window company to top and tail glass. Wait to see what will happen next. Builder was recommended by TP sales office based in Enfield. A great well made and designed product spoiled by bad builders. NOT HAPPY!

Excellent service from start to finish. After visiting the factory placed order for conservatory and could not say a bad word about these guys from that moment onwards first class service and communication from them. Emailed a few times with enquiries and always received a speedy/helpful response, nothing was too much trouble.

We ordered a warmer roof conservatory after extensive shopping on line, We are totally satisfied with the service and kit form products supplied and delivered with care, full comprehensive construction guides and instructions were provided and we completed the project in the shortest of time with the minimum fuss.

I ordered a Warmer Roof conservatory through Trade Price Conservatories last summer after searching online for a reasonably priced and reliable company. Their quote was well below that of some other companies I had spoken too, and seemingly a better spec roof as well. I was not disappointed. After much back and forth with Luca deciding on colour and exact spec with all the assistance I could need the delivery day finally came. The driver was extremely helpful in offloading the parts and checking they were all their for me.

The parts came with a comprehensive instruction guide and when I had further queries the technical team were quick to respond, even sending out an extra part free of charge after I broke one installing it.

Our dining room has now been up all winter and it makes such a difference compared to the polycarbonate roof 1980's conservatory we originally had. So much warmer and cosier. I wouldn't hesitate in dealing with them again.

To be honest everything was great for us.
The fast turnaround from submitting our design to delivery was great.The communication with the office excellent for me.all the drawings and instructions that come with the conservatory are very informative.
The build for me went smoothly as I'm in the building industry.
I had one frame that was not delivered ,for the gable end .
This was rectified in less than two days.did not hold back the conservatory build in any way.
Can highly recommend this company

Doing business with Tradeprice was a pleasure - they answered all my pre-order questions and requests in full on a timely basis and delivered the good exactly as scheduled. I was particularly pleased with the way they handled my technical queries during construction - I had quite a few and the service over the phone was excellent.

The product is fine, good quality and easy to assemble.
Customer service is an entirely different issue.
I was told I’d be notified when the conservatory would be delivered. I was not. I also ordered an opening roof vent (and have the paperwork to prove it) but that wasn’t ordered with the manufacturer so was obviously not delivered. When notified the company simply didn’t appear to care.
They may be cheaper than other suppliers but don’t bank on getting what you actually order! Would highly recommend avoiding…

Delivered what they said when they said and surprisingly easy to assemble.
If only my base looked as good as the conservatory.
Buy from these, you will not get cheaper.

Had my brand new tiled conservatory kit delivered within 6 weeks recently and amazed at how easy it was to put together! I was quoted by various companies in the varying 10’s of thousands, yet for the same quality product just fitting it myself i managed to save myself a huge sum of money, which is always a bonus!!!
Luca and Phil were great with any help needed during installation. My brother is also in progress purchasing a garden room off them as he was very impressed after the factory and showroom visit. Highly recommended from a professional company.

We have recently had a conservatory/garden room built and installed by Tradepointconservatories using their fitting team and what an excellent job they have made of it. The unit come in kit form for a diy assemble but unless you are a builder or very competent in building work I would recommend using their fitting team who worked so hard doing 12hour days. would I recommend this company yes without hesitation, a well earned 5 stars.
