Williams are the best trade Plumbing company I’ve worked with. Their prices are very very competitive and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Vom Unternehmen geschrieben
Founded by Mick Williams in 1972, we were a traditional local independent merchants for many years. Recently, the combination of great prices and the best products backed up by exceptional service has catapulted us forwards to become a major regional independent and one of the fastest growing merchants in the UK. Whilst other merchants may offer a confusing mess of price lists and discounts, we simply publish our best trade price, and charge the same price to every trade customer. If we get a deal from a manufacturer, then it is available to all our customers. All we ask is that, if we don’t know you, you are patient whilst we verify your trade status, as we do not deal with retail customers. Give our awesome online service a try - www.tradeonlyplumbing.co.uk

3rd delayed delivery of boilers in 3 months. Each has been at least 24hrs. No feedback as to when to expect and when phoned to ask. Told 9.30 then 11 then 11.58 then 12.40 sort it out. You used to be such a friendly quality firm. But I'm being forced to find an alternative as I am also trying to run a tightly scheduled business.
Re reply.
As you'll be aware the knock on effect of failed delivery within an expected time frame, results in significant loss of income and lots of rescheduling customer workload. The courier literally laughed, telling me they are the cheapest option because theyre fairly rubbish. Your choice as a company in how you want your end user outcome, but id consider reviewing your choices if you want to continue customer loyalty.

Enfield Branch
I like to find all the staff at Williams & Co (Waye , Franco, Anna) for their professionalism and support for the last eight years that I'll be with them. They are always on hand to help and go above and beyond to support small heating and plumbing businesses like myself..
Also like to give a thanks to the company that helped me when I had my tools stolen from myself, Williams have a support for tradesmen who have an account with them in an event of tool theft. This really got me out of a sticky situation . So once again, big thank you and keep up keeping Williams competitive in these hard times all the best..

Staff in branch are brillant!
I have been using Williams for 10 years now. Staff in the Ashford branch could not be more helpful but prices are way to expensive now. I have been forced to switch to Screwfix. Sorry Williams I can't afford to use you anymore.

We are sorry to hear on this occasion that our prices were out. We are sometimes beaten on price but never on service.
Dan and the team will continue to be there to support you with their fantastic knowledge, great service, and same day deliveries
If you do want to discuss anything specifically on price, please feel free to get into contact with us directly.
