Brent is amazing! Highly recommend! Have previously spent thousands of $$$$ with attorneys at big law firms that failed at securing a trademark and wanted to drag on the process. Brent was great to work with, extremely fair and very responsive. If you need a trademark, Brent is the best person for the job!

Brent has been so great through the entirety of this process. I originally was connected to Brent to get a trademark. While he was helpful in that process, it was after that really showed how great he is. When opposing trademarks looked to get in contact with us, he handled it. When we had meetings to discuss how we should go forward to work with competition, he handled it. Absolutely incredible.

There was absolutely no correspondence. I reached out on several occasions asking what we needed to do to accomplish getting our name trademarked. The last time I reached out was because it was listed as abandoned. When I reached out he basically said he's not a miracle worker and I should have been more respectful... I was like what are you talking about. I saved every conversation and had NEVER been disrespectful even though I feel like we we being blown off and taken for granted/used. So now we're out quite a bit of cash with no trademark.

In response to the reply re received from the above ... First of all Sir.... We Never had nor have had a partner you must have us confused with another person/business and there are tons of trademarks for smoke shops and smoke shop related items. We were Nothing but cordial in fact many times , as I re read the few chats we did have, it's noted where you were being thanked for, what we believed, was trying to go the extra mile....silly us....(yes our business is related but the shop was for smoking products later to have included a legal dispo). Second....there was absolutely NO CONTACT unless we initiated it.... Perhaps you were going through something on your end that lead to Your lack of professionalism but don't try and use a narsasistic approach to mansplaine your lackluster performance and turn it around on us. I hope you don't treat all your negative reviews as you are here. Thank you for your "service" and we hope you can continue to help people achieve their dreams.
