I buy distilled water regularly for use in a CPAP machine. I originally found Trade Chem via a large online store but now order direct from them.

They may not have a fancy website, but they do what they do very well and at excellent prices. I order my water easily and it arrives, well-packaged, as fast as any other retailer.

So far I have had nothing but perfect service from them and am happy to recommend them to others.

Great Company to deal with and excellent pet products

I've been buying from Trade Chem for around 7 years & have never had any issues regarding delivery. I have bought from them from their eBay shop, their Amazon & then from 2020, I was buying direct as I was & still am ordering a lot every week & they have me as a valued customer.

I've likely spent around 10k over the last 7 years buying 70% Isopropyl Alcohol every week & am ordering 30-60 litres each time depending on payments. Being a Chronic illness suffer who is immunocompromised & also now having developed contamination OCD since 2020, I'm one of their best customers. 😂

While I agree that the product I purchased from Trade Chem does exactly what it says on the tin, I was shocked when I was charged more than £12 for shipping. Nowhere on the website reads about such a high cost for P&P. It would be more professional to let your customers know the total amount that they're paying so that they can make informed decisions. I rarely buy online so I'm not 100% practical about these issues, but I know that, when I bought from other companies, the checkout shows EXACTLY the grand total amount of money I'm supposed to pay BEFORE I enter my card details. Not impressed.
EDITED in reply: If free shipping was offered for UK mainland, it would appear CLEARLY on your website, which is not the case at all. Next time, I'll buy your product somewhere else, where I can get free shipping.
EDIT TWO: if it was clearly shown, why was I charged more than £12 at checkout, after entering my card's details to pay just over £5? And how many websites have you got exactly? I'm not one to write negative reviews, but this was a rip-off, and I felt I had to share it with the community so that no one else incurs in the same situation. A good product is not enough if the customer service is poor.
EDIT THREE: I've just emailed you the invoice of my order.
EDIT FOUR: I can assure You that there was no option for delivery, so much so that I thought You were shipping from outside the UK, hence why I wrote that, next time, I'll buy the product only from UK suppliers. Anyway, You've dealt with this matter fairly and I'm much happier, so I've added a few stars. The refund was gratefully received. Thank You.
