Vendor and "shipping company" are all part of the scam. If vendor ever uses this method of delivery just know you've been dragged along in the scam for too long. First vendor claimed his bank couldn't deposit my zelle payment even though my account clearly shows it was paid. Told me all weekend to contact my bank to get a refund. Finally 5 days later vendor contacts me again to see if I got issued a refund. I said no and magically my payment "went through". Then claims to send my shipment out right away through this crappy company just for them to say I need to pay $185 insurance "refundable fee" so they can release my product for delivery.. first of that insurance fee should be on the merchants end for using this company, not the consumer.

I was asked of multiple fees and claimed they will refund me. I’m disappointed at their service but I was later on refunded the moment my item arrived I was over 1k in fees

Scam company - demanded $185 to release a package with refundable insurance.

A guy off a VTX page shipped an item I bought off him using this company. Then i got an email saying they were holding my package ransom for a 155 refundable insurance. told them I would give them my credit card as if i didnt get the money back i could report it as fraud and some guy named Omar (red flag) said only etransfer or paypal. There's a huge scam ring and this company is made to look legit to squeeze every dime from you. Im gonna eat the cost of the package I bought, tuck my tail and walk away. I advice you do the same if you are here reading these comments.

They are scammers!! Had a package supposedly shipped through them. I received an email stating I needed to pay $111.00 refundable insurance charge that I would get back when the package was safely delivered. So, if the package is damaged, or not delivered then I don't get my $111.00 back, so I am out that money plus the $140.00 I paid for the item being shipped!!!! The guy, Kevin Jones of Kevin's genuine inventories, is part of the scam, unfortunately, he did get my $140 for the item. Lesson learned.

Used by scammers. They try and get you to pay for "insurance". Even if you have a realistic looking tracking page or receipt, it is still a fraud.
