Very good product , works very accurate and precise in real time .

Tracker One pet tracker used one week so far. The tracker seems to give the details needed, however it is hard to track using a tablet and definitely a phone. The battery life is horrible as I only get maybe a day and a half between charges. I have a smart watch I can get at least a month out of with all kinds of functions so that’s why I say this is useless. I would not recommend this because if your dog wander away, it could be gone long enough for the tracker to shut down and leave your pet in the dark. THIS IS A NO GO FOR ME!

I’ve been using the TrackerOne GPS device for a while now and I’m honestly impressed. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the app was easy to connect and start tracking right away. The location updates are accurate and refresh fast, which gives me peace of mind knowing I can see exactly where my vehicle is at any time.

The tracking history feature is really helpful too — I can review routes, stops, and movement without any issues. The device itself is compact and easy to hide, and the battery life has been solid.

Customer support was responsive when I had a question, and they walked me through everything clearly. Overall, great value for the price and definitely worth it if you want reliable GPS tracking.

If you value your bank card information, do not give it to this company under any circumstances. Look for another one. This company steals money for fake services. The service itself is bad! Poor accuracy, with a spread of up to 150 meters and a delay in the response of the geofence, sometimes by 3-4 hours. Your car will already be far away.

per il resto e tutto pessimo - 1) assistenza inesistente con l'intelligenza artificiale su whatsapp che non capisce nulla
2) l'operatore se ti risponde sarà dopo giorni e anche l'operatore non capisce nulla
3) si trovano in Cina quindi con tempi lunghi x la risposta ( sempre se ti rispondono) se ti rispondono dicono sempre che dipende da me il problema
4) come e possibile che dipende da me ? se io faccio l'abbonamento 3 mesi e non funziona nulla e offline da un giorno che c'entra il cliente? il cliente più di scegliere il trimestrale e pagare il resto x farlo funzionare e l'azienda
5) di fatto avrei pagato x comprare il GPS+ l'abbonamento e adesso mi trovo senza servizio offline da un giorno con nessuno che risponde

So far the app is tracking a totally different car in a different street. The customer service is a robot that can only give stock answers. About as much use as a chocolate teapot. Despite several attempts to bind the tracker with the app. Its proving impossible to dedicate the tracker to the app. It keeps tracking another vehicle several hundred metres away.

I placed an order for GPS Tracker for Car for $27 more than month ago and never heard from them again. I email them, called them even tried to reach through WhatsApp number ( as the website suggests), I got nowhere. My money was taken and I got nothing.
