I placed an order (No: 3558d-27725-925476) from Tommy Hilfiger’s online store on October 4, 2025. It was supposed to be delivered on October 8, but I still haven’t received my parcel at my address in Konak/İzmir.
I contacted customer service three times,( I also contated with the courier compnay as well) and each time they told me they would check with the courier. However, I never received any update or clear information about where my order is. There has been no progress at all.
When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t process it until the parcel was returned to them — but since the parcel seems to be lost, this makes no sense.
I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer support. I expect Tommy Hilfiger to issue my refund immediately without waiting for the lost parcel to be returned.
