Hi iam from New Zaeland i rang the company TP UK 2mounth ago to get a quote and the shipping price for parts i was dealing with Mrs Faith on the phone.Till today no answer. Phoned again wanted to talk to manager Mr. James was not there talk to assistant manager for the problem. Promise to fix this still waiting nothing happened. Be Aware of this Sham Company

bought and paid for the parts (injectors), received an order confirmation, also paid for express shipping, was assured parts were in stock and ready to ship by the next morning. received an email confirming my order had been shipped. Then received a whatsapp message telling me i had to pay an extra 200 per item (800) refundable surcharge when they received the old item back, requesting my email details so they could send a paypal request for payment. this was not communicated on the listing, i rang customer service (as i actually thought this was a scam message!!) who were no help, basically holding my parts to ransom until i paid this charge, i pointed out the shipping confirmation and was told that this in fact is not the case & is an automated email to lie to customers when the order is printed from the system, not actually a shipping confirmation. asked to speak to a manage and they hung up the phone... absolute sham of a company, do not trust or use them

We are sorry that there was a mistake on our website in this instance. A surcharge notice should have been on the page and has been previously but seems to have disappeared in one of our updates.
A member of our team reached out as soon as possible to confirm the error. We informed you that unfortunately we could sell the product without the surcharge as it would be at a loss for our business.
We try to do our best for our customers but abusive confrontation is not something we will tolerate.
Your refund was issued immediately after that call and a message sent to inform you of such.

In regards to your shipping confirmation- it is an automated system and items are packed and arranged for delivery in the timeframe stated on the site. If the process was manual and we sent emails for every item only once packed we would delay the amount of customers we help daily. This is a standard business practice for millions of companies.

For any other customers looking to purchase from us. The surcharge is refundable on return of the old unit. So the part would have cost the same as the paid for price listed on the website. A point that was explained to this customer.

Fabulous service

Fabulous service. Nothing too much trouble. All for a £10 part but which without my classic transit based wedding vehicle would not work. Very happy and back on the road.

I have had a few parts over the years…

I have had a few parts over the years and always found them very helpful and knowledgeable about the parts that they sell backed up with technical and mechanical knowledge of the vehicles

great company run by great people

I've been using transit parts uk for a few years now, and i wont ever use anyone else now, unbelievable customer service every time. on the rare occasion I've had an issue they were quick to resolve things and when i say issue it was down to the courier which is something beyond any sellers fault but still they went above and beyond to sort things out as these guys know when you need a part you need it ASAP.
Will always recommend tpuk to my friends when they need parts for their motors

I ordered shock absorbers and pads. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, I also directly contacted the company, gave them the VIN number, and told them which parts I chose. Quick response from the team. The parts came in less than a week even though I`m from Bulgaria . There were no problems with the installation. Everything was perfect. Recommend the seller.

Very professional company

Very professional company ! I called to place an order , I didn’t have a clue what I was talking about and the sales team were friendly & helpful and I got the part next day ! My husband was back on the road in no time ! Thank you TPUK x

Terrible company

Further edit 28/6/22

Since their replies this company have twice tried to have this review removed. Once by questioning of it was a valid purchase from them (which it was and proven to trust pilot by sending a copy of my invoice) and once by stating that the review was meant for another company. Both of these are odd since if you look at their reply they clearly seem to recognise the issue and sale.

This company will go to any length have valid bad reviews admit about them removed

Maybe if they spent more time checking parts before sending them rather than trying to revive bad reviews they might get on better...
Since you've blocked me from messaging you on FB (before resolving the issue with the wrong part might I add)

You say "As for your vehicle being off the road, we would always advice checking parts before removing any from your vehicle."

Could you explain how keeping the broken gear change cable would have kept me on the road while I wait for your incompetent company to finally get your act together to send the right part.

TWICE via email to asked me for an email address to send the return label to.

Read that again slowly.

Also in the email to and fro it was ALWAYS stated the purchase was from Amazon and you were happy to accept the return via our email conversation... That is until I confirmed I would be sending the parcel the next morning...

Then all of a sudden it's

Oh you'll need to open a return via Amazon

Delay tactics and shirking your duty to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

But do please explain how keeping a broken part on my van would have kept me on the road. That answer could save all of us a fortune in repairs

Terrible company had issues with all but 1 order with them. Reluctant to resolve issues or admit fault.

Avoid at all costs

I see in your reply you are ignoring the main fact

YOU SENT THE WRONG PART.

Which left me off the road losing money for longer. But you hide behind pathetic excuses, well done

When purchasing via a third party site (amazon) we have to follow the policy set out by them.
In this case it is required that you raise the issue via Amazon and return the part to us for an exchange or refund.
However your insistence that we send out the part before we have received the last one back is not something we can comply with to protect us and your rights as an amazon customer.
We have supplied a returns label and suggested buying the product locally, returning our product to get a refund.
`We understand the frustration in delays but demanding we send out a new part sooner is not something we can comply with. As we need to make sure the previous part is returned and not been exchanged or damaged.

We are also not hiding behind anything. However without getting the part back we can’t verify that it is incorrect.
We are sorry you don’t want to follow the business process set out by Amazon.
As for your vehicle being off the road, we would always advice checking parts before removing any from your vehicle.
To avoid delay we did advise you buy the part locally while the return/refund issue was being reviewed.

other trading name INTERNATIONAL PARTS LTD Robert Anthony crotty DIRECTOR Chatted through eBay and direct to them explaining I need parts gave the list also explained I’m on a dead line they where hardwork and had no sense of urgency took 48 hours and did not answer reasonable questions with any conviction just skirted around the question answering in a generic tone would not help just giving no thought to the delay they where causing ordered parts that I knew they did have turned up wrong and with no real sincere apology offered only a return for a refund asked for the correct part as any motor factor would do to send the correct part expedited complete refusal until wrong part returned causing yet more delays passed around to different members of staff the later having a complete disregard for the predicament I’m in my van in a shop I’m being charged and delays mounting up I can’t work without my van didn’t really give a DOG EGG to be honest I’ve used them for over two years various parts overlooked a few issues over that time as I’m loyal and clearly they are not I’ll not use them again bailee Carly and apparently there manager all refused to help in my opinion your are honesty better using euro or Dav Mac or Sutton auto factors tpuk sold me a oil pump last year using my reg didn’t fit it until two weeks ago It kept blowing my oil cooler seal pressure release valve was faulty as it was an older purchase I thought sod it I’ll not complain glad I didn’t i put my old one back on despite this I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt there attitude today Is typical of todays online retailers in the Uk sick of DOG EGG service it’s about the only thing America does better in reply to your reply your focusing on the pulley than incidentally you had returned even though the case went your way and was closed due to me being flat out and forgetting to post it as a return there was no offer off you collecting it from me only a refund once I’d posted it back I’m aware of eBay’s policies in every detail there was no policy infringement on you being quick with your responses and answering questions in every detail when asked I gave you a list of parts I needed it took two days for you to reply back asking for a chassis number to which I’d already provided you and reg and you asked again to
Provide you with a chassis number I was on a schedule or I lost contracts to which I did when ever I needed a part I chose you first loyalty it took you that long to get back to me with no direct answer the weekend arrived thus leaving me with out parts or possibility or ordering elsewhere and fitting them on so focusing on a pulley that you sent wrong that I didn’t get refunded for due to stress and life getting the better of me and forgetting plus not to mention the oil pump that was proven faulty when eventually fitted made the van spit oil out the filter cup due high pressure as the valve was faulty as that was bought the year before but stayed on a shelf until the following It did not cloud my decision to continue ordering from you listen a “sorry” would of solved it ages ago your reply was to be expected what did you apologize for ?????exactly Which issue the fact that not only do you send wrong parts despite being given the chassis number twice over 2 days and the fact you was asked a question and in that question was can you get back to me asap at the beginning of the week then responded at the end of the week with literally nothing of any use not even a confirmation of parts availability you tried to

The issue was that a crankshaft pulley was sent incorrectly to you. We offered to pick up the pulley and/or send a returns label out to you to get the pulley back to us and replace it or refund for you. Of course this would mean that you would not have to pay any form of postage whatsoever.

You purchased the item through eBay so we have to abide by eBay's rules and return procedures. You would not have had to pay postage or anything. We tried to resolve the situation with you amicably. We try and resolve everyone's issues as fast as possible.

We have 99.5% positive feedback on eBay, where you purchased the item. We have been trading on there for over 15 years and have over 275,000 positive feedback comments.

We have to abide by eBay's rules and procedures and do go the extra mile to resolve any problems that arise.

We did offer to collect the part from you and offered a refund if you got the part else where as you were desperate. We were polite and courteous with every response.

Your negative feedback was removed by eBay because they saw that we tried everything possible to resolve the situation.

We did apologise for sending the incorrect part and did apologise for any inconvenience that we caused. Mistakes do happen and our warehouse team did send out the wrong pulley. We admitted that and offered a refund or an exchange. You failed to post the pulley back to us within the time limit and eBay closed the case in our favour. We did not request them to do this.

You still can return the item for a refund, that is not a problem. We have never, ever said that you could not. You are more than welcome to send it back for a refund, we will even provide you a postage label.

Our staff work Monday-Friday 9-5 answering around 300 messages a day. They also work in the evenings and sometimes the weekend depending on when they can. If we did not respond to you within a certain time period it was because it was out of hours. Unfortunately we cannot expect our staff to be on call 24/7. We responded every time well within eBays time limits.

There are many parts companies that are open on weekends, we are solely online so we do not have a shop. If you would have asked, we maybe could have helped point you in the right direction, however you did not give us a chance to resolve it.

We offered everything we could and replied as quick as we could.
