these certainly are lightbulbs. For whatever reason other G10's I tried to put in my deep recessed light fixure would break their contacts with very little twisting but these fit and work perfectly... Mehr ansehen

Sells bulbs and fixtures that look standard but aren't, presumably to sell you more bulbs down the line.
To top it off, the bulbs are a bit rubbish: quick to die, bad CRI.

Hello, just to confirm all our lamps come with a standard 12 months warranty, and additional year when registering the lamps with us, if you have a lamp that is faulty then we are more than happy to replace under our warranty terms. It is not tp24 intention to mislead our customers with the lamp connection, this design is to do with previous building regulations, which then stated the holder needed to be dedicated low energy saving. All orders are sent via DPD to safe guard the customer & ourselves which in turn enables customers to keep a check on their delivery status & apply updates should they wish to change to leave in a safe place & such like. Compatibility issue
Service was absolutely fine, delivery quicker than the predicted time, which is good. There's a tiny dip in the TP24 brand bulb shaft base that stops customers being able to use other brand bulbs in their light fittings. Took 3 trips to different suppliers until I found one who knew about it. They explained they don't stock TP24 products because it is such an annoying marketing tactic. Hence I had to come to order on this website. Reminds me of Apple tactics ☹️
