these certainly are lightbulbs. For whatever reason other G10's I tried to put in my deep recessed light fixure would break their contacts with very little twisting but these fit and work perfectly... Mehr ansehen

Got bulbs I couldn't find anywhere
Got replacement bulbs I couldn't find anywhere, it was super quick on their site. Delivered on time, packaged well to protect. Would buy from again.

By varying the g90 connectors to only allow your bulbs to be used is the sort of tactic that means I will not ever buy your equipment again, unless I have to.

Brilliant company, excellent products
Brilliant company! I've bought several light fittings now and I love all of them. I'm lucky to live close enough to just wander in so when I order I can collect. They kindly give me a courtesy call when my order is ready and they always give a free set of bulbs with your order. Really nice staff members, always friendly and helpful.

Overall it was good experience but registration of the bulbs was not a good experience, the website didn't work. The reading of serial number on the bulb was impossible on the bulbs. I had to use my mobile camera to read the serial no on the bulbs.
This was not the case on the old bulbs, the serial nos. were easy to read and had a large font...

Very quick from ordering to delivery
I like dealing with the company - always service at the speed of light.
Beta version of the bulb registration form was a bit slow, but that might have been my machine.

Hi- Many thanks for your order-we aim to deliver within 2-3 days - i noticed your order was placed on a Saturday (we are not open weekends i'm afraid) so this was processed on the Monday & delivered to you on the Wednesday.
