Nothing to fault! I got my gacha at a brilliant price and could pick the actual ones I wanted. Would definitely order from Toys Forest again! They have a good selection of other toys and figurines too.
The only thing that I’d change was the shipping price as it was quite expensive, but I understand that shipping is somewhat out of control of the company so I did not mind paying it.

Initially I was incredibly sceptical of the website due to the reviews being hosted off of the website itself, the many many good reviews and the (in my opinion) too good to be true prices.

But I placed an order of 5 figures with an additional one for free (spend £50 get one free promotion) and the boxes and figures all arrived in perfect condition.

Shipping was £8, which I thought was a little bit steep for national shipping but as they arrived in perfect condition I cannot complain too much. Was also very fast, I believe they arrived in the 48 hours promised! Figurines also look to be completely legitimate!

I ordered 6 Umamusume: Pretty Derby figurines, and whilst I cannot speak for other items listed on the website, I would definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately I cannot add pictures for authenticity as I would like but they now sit beautifully upon my self amongst my other figurines.

Thank you so much!

My order was brilliant and came quick!! Will shop with you again soon!!

Ordered a few items off this site and would definitely order again, good prices, fast delivery, well packaged and there was a free gift also 😊! 100% would use this website again fantastic thank you

Amazing service from Toysforest. Fast delivery and arrived in excellent condition. I’ll definitely be purchasing again 10/10

Great service, selection and pricing - everything shipped and arrived quickly.

Quick delivery, good range of products at a very competitive price. I'll definately be shopping here again!

Customer Experience: Excellent
I used a express payment (Gpay) and it auto-filled my dispatch address same as my billing address. When I contacted them to change my shipping address, they replied back within 5 min to confirm my change of address.

Delivery: Good (Not ToysForest's fault)
Standard charge for delivery, no free delivery (check price on website). The order was dispatched the next day and I should have received it with the next 2 days. (Due to my flat being "un accessible" to Royal mail, I had it redelivered to a nearby post office, hence the 3 more day delay).

Packaging: Standard
It came in a Bandai card board box (never seen that before, maybe they used one of the box they originally shipped some DBZ figures in). 4 figure in total was placed inside, no additional protection, just the original box. The outer cardboard box had a tear in it, but the figure box was not damaged.

Products: Excellent
Was sceptical before ordering but they were Genuine Products, great quality. The figures all came in original packaging with excellent protecting inside. Bonus points for adding some Banpresto Qposket Carry bags, looks wonderful.

Conclusion: Amazing place to order Genuine Figures for a bargain price. A large collection of figures but be quick as they sell out fast. I ordered 10 more figures, looking forward to receiving them.

Very impressed! All legit, great deals and the free promotion item selection list is impressive. I will 100% be back and shipping was fast. Don't miss out on a great deal!

Brilliant thank you so much item arrived on time and amazing customer service and in contact with me throughout the order and process

Speedy, safe and personable delivery!

Great price for a Gundam compared to other retailers with prompt delivery and Royal mail tracking. The parcel was packaged really well with paper and bubble wrap to protect the box. Communication was excellent throughout transaction.

It came earlier than expected

Quick delivery, perfect item

Feast reliable ordering and checkout. Reasonably competitively priced anime figurines and modeling kits gundam etc can't comment on delivery as I have not recieved my order yet but from time of ordering to order despatched was less than 10hrs

Fast easy ordering reasonably priced shipping rate 5th l /but it's a bit high if you only need to purchase small or one item. But if you are buying bulky goods the shipping rate is good can't comment on delivery yet as not received my order yet but from time of purchase to shipping it's out was within 12hours of placing my order

I’m very happy with my purchases and with the customer services I received.

First time purchasing from Toys Forest; overall, very satisfied with the items I received, which were out of stock or more expensive elsewhere. Genuine merchandise, parcel could have been packaged better because a few boxes were slightly damaged, but not a big deal for me. Competitive prices, will likely shop here again, as they seem to have a good variety.

Fast delivery and well packaged. Products in excellent condition. Would buy again in the future.
