I bought some anime merchandise by mistake and I asked for a cancellation and a refund within a day my order was canceled and refund was in my account. Toysforest is really good and nice. Excellent customer service!!

I have mixed feelings about this place 🫤 . On the positive side, they dispatch figures very quickly. For I had placed my order on the 20th of May and received it by the 23rd, which I was very pleased with.

However, I do think the delivery charge is rather expensive, especially when placing a large order (as I have done in this case). I also appreciated the offer of a free gift with orders over £50, though unfortunately I did not receive one, and the available gifts were not particularly to my taste.

That said, my overall experience was still somewhat fairly positive, and I may order from them again in the future (though I can not quite say). And I do wish, that they stocked more figures of my favourite characters, such as Bakugo, Mirio, Monoma, Dabi, Gojo, Nanami, Toji, Loid Forger, and more Haikyu characters.

Figures didn’t fit together properly had to use a bit of extra force for them too and one doesn’t sit in the stand perfectly only one side does but other than that there amazing figures will most likely buy again until I have no space

Great prices and quick delivery. Good selection. Will be interesting to see if more of the stuff I want is available, as there is not much left.

Great experience and would always recommend. Even went beyond what I expected.

Quick delivery and very fun and kind message on thé box.

Love everything about this store, have ordered from them many times and will be continuing to do so!

Always a pleasure. Quick service and great to deal with.

Amazing seller, very friendly and helpful support if you have any questions and fantastic value for money, probably the best prices on the UK market.

Fast shipping!
Very good communication

The model I ordered when it arrived, was exactly as I ordered from the site. The box was fully intact & I found it good value for money.

Fast Delivery, amaizing products

Great prices, fast delivery. I will definitely order again

Good prices and deals, fast shipping

I recently ordered a few model kits, and while the delivery was prompt and the outer shipping box was in good condition, one of the kits arrived with significant box damage - much more than standard shelf wear.

I wasn't looking for perfection, but the level of compression was something that should ideally have been disclosed beforehand. I contacted the seller and received a very detailed and polite response "out of hours". They offered a fair partial refund to acknowledge the condition, which I appreciated. It's clear this is a seller who values their customers and handles issues professionally. I would definitely shop here again.

Overall, a very reliable and responsive hobby shop.
