Had an issue with the product however the handling of the matter and customer services to resolve the issue was spectacular. Merry Christmas.

Item took ages to arrive, actually sent from USA not locally as expected.

AVOID THIS SITE, NOT A NZ SITE, SHIPS FROM OVERSEAS !
Like many I was also duped into thinking this was a NZ site ordering a gift only to discover it was shipping from the US and would take far longer than advertised. Little NZ based support and from other reviews, it's basically impossible to return a product and get a refund. AVOID!

My granddaughter can only use the Millie moon sensitivity wipes in Australia they are about $4 a packet they found it hard to get in New Zealand so I ordered online $119 for 250 baby wipes in a bag ridiculous price that’s around $40 a packet of baby wipes you guys are ripping people off never again don’t buy off this company

Its been 14 days. Still waiting for refund.
Purchased Christmas gift, 3 days later I followed up shipping information, was advised they were out of stock for the product I purchased.
I am still trying to get my money back, hundreds of dollars.
I am worried they are a scam

The company was prompt to let me know that my exact toy l was looking for wasn't available
However they offered me another which was gladly accepted and also a discount .
I felt the whole process of ordering on line was painless and personal which can be rare these days.

Disgustingly priced drop shipper. I didn’t realise and paid $125 for a toy which Kmart has for $39. My fault for not doing more research but am absolutely gutted. Morally terrible and scammy prices!! I am trying to return for a refund.

*update* their refund policy is diabolical and drawn out, they want me to send back to the US and cover postage rather than the address posted on their site. They keep offering meager discounts on future products rather than return and refund. Very disappointed and do not be swayed based on their response below.

I had an issue with my parcel being cleared by customs. My parcel had been held at customs for almost a whole month before contact had been made. After adhering to all requests from customs and attempting to get a reply of the progress for my parcels release, I heard nothing back.
I then contacted ToysCentral and received a response almost immediately. ToysCentral quickly got on to my concerns with Customs and abruptly had my parcel released. Thank you very much for your professional efficiency, I am greatly appreciative of your assistance.

All pieces are correct as illustrated & fit in well with furniture from Canterbury Playcentre Shop. Pieces look sturdy & I hope the plastic is good quality

Dodgy website that just swaps the country URL out and delivers from overseas. If you go the the shipping page it purposefully doesn't explain that it ships from overseas, it also doesn't even tell you how long delivery will take (weeks!).

Overall simple to deal with. The only issue was it took a lot longer to deliver than I expected. Would be great to set clear expectations and provide regular updates on progress.

Overall experience was good, however a note to the effect that the parcel would be sent from overseas rather than within NZ would have been helpful
