I was impressed with how well she knew the answers to this. In the past, I have dealt with people who would say I don't know or things like 'normally' or roughly or even 'I don't know till we run your application.' But not Tower Loans, they were given the assignment and passed with flying colors. Thanks for the experience.

I walked into Tower Loan with the intent of finding out more information before I decided my next move on applying for a loan. I was immediately greeted with a warm hello and asked how I could be helped. I asked several questions about credit score, job, etc and was very happy to have no further confusion and questions afterwards. The staff was very helpful in answering all my questions and very patient as well. I will definitely use Tower Loan if I decided to apply for that loan, they sold me with their customer service!
