Also Excellent customer support. The wiring kit I ordered was not quite correct for my vehicle, but they were happy to diagnose the issue by WhatsApp and arrange an alternative or a refund. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Brink towbar and dedicated wiring kit from them. They answered all of my questions and gave great advice.

Great support and advice before sale. Recently ordered a Brink X5 G05 towbar form them, great support via wattsapp beforehand on hybrid fitting and advised best options as well as the ecs electronics. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Great experience and would recommend.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about hiring a trailer from these people...don't!
I tried to hire a trailer today, they wanted a copy of my driving licence, a copy of the V5 for the towing vehicle, a copy of my insurance for the towing vehicle, a utility bill and a £250 deposit! Although I thought this was a little over the top and far in excess of what is required by the people I usually hire from, I accepted their requirements. However, it was only when I arrived to collect the trailer did they then tell me they wanted a copy of my debit card! When I said I was uncomfortable having them copy all my bank details, including the security code, I asked to speak to the manager. He came through from the workshop, ratchet gun in hand and proceeded to tell me I had two choices, leave the details or leave the trailer. He had a very aggressive nature, was extremely rude and dismissive. I have never known anyone ask for a copy of someone's debit card previously, I'm not sure if it's actually legal to do so. Needless to say I didn't allow them to copy my card and promptly left. I for one will never go near that place again and I'll spread the word to anyone thinking about using them to steer clear. Awful business staffed by awful people!

Ordered at 1pm, the lighting kit was delivered at 9am the following morning and the towbar arrived at 11:30am - fitted the van perfectly - I will definitely be using this Company again. Thanks.

Excellent service fast postage and top quality product only took half an hour to fit.

Tow bar not fitted yet but hoping to get to it soon. Delivered promptly an appears well made, fitting looks straight forward but slight problem with seized bolts to remove bumper. Problem with car not kit.
