Useless product

Brought in October last year. Dropped once ( and that was out of the pocket from a sitted position). The case came apart and I clicked it back together.

Ever since has issues. Explained all this to PTC owner. They only replaced cable, First cord didn't work (other cables worked) and was only replaced by PTC. Now case started coming apart again and now USB C port barely works to charge unit unless you bend the cord sharply to get a connection, but can't be used to charge the phone (you have to use the magnetic connector if you can sit it right on a google fold).

Went into the PTC store where I brought the product, they would do nothing but offer me a discount on another power bank.

Supise suprise, typical Chinese crap, from a shonky Chinese company PTC. Stay completely away from that company and their products

They take cheap chinese screen protectors and rebrand them, their "scratch free" screen protector scratched within 2 days from just being in my pockets. Just overall low quality products and their review sections are filled with fake spam reviews, they refuse to publish my review so I'm putting it here.

I ordered a phone cover from Tough On and it was the wrong size. They did not hesiste to replace it with the right size. The emails were responsive polite and friendly with clear instructions on what I needed to do.

No return! No refund! The phone holder can’t hold my phone! Scammer!

I have a Tough On phone case for my Galaxy 22 Ultra. Once, I dropped my phone onto a step ladder and despite protective case, it caused a black spot on tbe edge of my phone screen at the contact point. Eventually, the phone screen totally broke and I ended up paying $450 for a new digitiser. Two months later, I dropped the phone again (onto the ground) and the front glass cracked. It seems that the case is so hard that any shocks are transferred to the screen and not absorbed by the case. It needs to be more shock absorbing.
If you have one, make sure you don't drop your phone. It will crack.

Ordered two items. Delivery was ok, not fast or slow. Happy with phone cover however car mount was totally hopeless and wouldn’t hold at all. Would definitely not trust it holding a phone in a car going over bumps etc. Contacted store through the website and haven’t heard anything back in weeks. Sent an email and waiting to hear something back.
