Essential Escapes really understood what we were after when we started looking at the Maldives for Xmas, which in itself was quite overwhelming - thanks to Deborah (Director and Founder) who absolutely nailed it for us on so many levels.
From the point of booking, Tots Too have been completely on the ball and have been integral in making our holiday the smooth and fantastic experience it was.
The team were on it in terms of administration, quick responses to queries, helping us with changes of flights and extra days whilst we were on holiday, preparing us and offering us compliemtary airport meet and greet service at either end of our holiday; and just being extremely lovely and helpful to deal with in person. Thank you Deborah and your wonderful team for all your work in making our amazing holiday so special and...easy!

Emma assisted me with my India trip. She also organised my family holiday around Canada and my first ever cruise for my Mum’s 80th. Emma goes above and beyond in her efforts. She really listens to what you want to get out of your holiday and puts together an itinerary that has something for everyone. She has excellent country knowledge which she is happy to share and no question is ever a hassle.

On one occasion Emma informed me that they were not the best provider in terms of price for the trip I was looking into. It is this kind of honesty and integrity that keeps me coming back.

As we leave Costa Rica behind us, I just wanted to pass over a huge thank you to Essential Escapes for everything you guys have organised for us over the past few weeks - this has (hands down) been one of the most incredible trips my family and I have ever been on.

From the jaw-dropping hotels to the unbelievable excursions, we have thoroughly enjoyed travelling across the country and soaking up the cultural differences from place-to-place! Moreover, the staff were nurturing and welcoming, and the food was beautiful everywhere we visited.

I cannot rate Tots Too highly enough, we have booked a number of holidays through them and our latest is a trip to Finland. Due to covid we have had to reschedule and reschedule and over the last two years. We are based in Australia so the travel restrictions to get to the UK are constantly changing which complicates everything three fold. I have been on speed dial to Rebecca and Deborah and they are always so helpful and willing to help us navigate and move things around as a new change in restrictions comes in to place. We’ve just booked a holiday with Totstoo because we were impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable they are. They’ve gladly answered our many questions and tried to accommodate our needs with our chosen hotel and flights. We haven’t yet gone on the holiday but feel reassured to have Totstoo behind us, should anything change with our flights or holiday circumstances.
