I cannot commend Total Lifting more if I tried. After discovering that we could not move our newly bought appliance to the 1st floor through any door of our building, I did my research and came across Total Lifting. With clear and helpful advice, planning and an approachable team, our appliance was in place in no time with help of a small crane. The crane operator was beyond helpful and went above and beyond.

I hired the team to help move in a new American style fridge to the 3rd floor when the stairs were too tight. They got the job done quickly and easily. They were also very flexible with us as we had to move the day of the job.

Total Lifting were brilliant. We needed a crane event at very short notice and they were able to help at a reasonable price. Communication was swift & on the day, the crane & operator was on time & everything went as smoothly as we could have wished for. They are definitely at the top of our list for any jobs in the future.

Total lifting were excellent delivering my garden office pod.

The crane driver parked outside, and made it very easy for us. The old hot tub came out then the new was flown in. He made it effortless easy going even moved a plant in a pot up a couple of steps.
They would be my call if I needed a crane.

Excellent service by far the best crane company I have used to lift glass to a roof top. Crane driver arrived on time and did not waste anytime and done the job to perfection. Also the time from arranging the lift was extremely quick and got prompt responses.

Great experience, driver had excellent knowledge of how to manoeuvre and operate the crane effectively to ensure everything went event free. Very happy with the customer service received, will definitely use again and very happy to recommend to others.

I've never used a crane before and as this was to lift a potted olive tree 35 meters back to my garden from my front drive and over my house I was petrified.
I need not have been however, the professionalism from my initial call to James at Total Lifting, the way the job was explained, the time frame to do it in, the map of my house grounds and the maths involved all graphically displayed to me via satellite images and graphs totally sold TL as a company to me
I was told 20 minutes ish to complete, the job took exactly that pretty much, it was a smooth, very exciting experience watching it with my neighbours who too were impressed as it passed between 2 houses.
Peter, the 1 man operator of the crane, explained the whole process on the ground, how the machine worked, what it could do, the remote box he uses what the readings meant, it was mind blowing these machines know everything to the weight as it changes, the wind, the speed and more,his control was impeccable, not a blemish anywhere on my property or my neighbours, Peter was a total professional.

It was my own fault I'd put myself in a position I needed a crane, however the cost was totally worth it to me in the end to get TL to move it for me with zero effort by me and yes, I'd use them and nobody else if I needed their services again, which I may very well do if I want a pre built garden room or extension lifted over my house to the back.
