I ordered 2 afternoon tea hampers. After receiving I noticed missing items from both hampers. It appears on the website that you receive the hampers in a box ready to gift the hamper. The box I received it in was merely a delivery box with delivery stickers and marker pen (not something you can give as the hamper). I emailed the company for answers to the disappointing order. The response was it says on the website that stocks may run low, meaning you won’t necessarily get what you ordered. And I’d have to purchase a gift box even though it’s sold as a ‘hamper’.
Terrible service. So just to inform people, you won’t necessarily receive what you think you’re ordering.

The drinks are a Christmas present for my brother as a thank you for a great holiday in Cyprus just a little reminder

Great service resolving an order which was unfortunately damaged in transit. It happens occasionally, but was well handled and replacement didn't take long.

I was looking for something specific - a mix of some Spanish beers to be delivered to someone as a gift.
Not only did TotalDrinks have exactly what I was looking for (rival sites just sold whole crates of one type), they even let me add a message to the recipient. All in all, a great experience and I’d use them again.

1 box of drinks had to be returned damaged to total drinks but I got in touch and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thanks Total drinks.

I have made many orders from Total Drinks and I am always impressed by the way they make it easy to order and the quality of the follow up information of the tracking of the order.

Half of the order did not arrive. Called the same day and told they would call back tomorrow which they didn't. I phoned two weeks later and was told the same thing and still waiting. They did however email to ask how they did which is funny I held off reviewing to give them a chance but now fed up. AVOID

Really tasty and arrived on time a great present for anyone.

Buyer beware of Total Drinks!!
I tried to place an order for some miniatures, but it would only let me add 1 mini.
The online chat person had to update it so I could add more. I asked about delivery, I was told it's 5.99 but when I got to the delivery it was 11.98, double.
When I queried this with the online chat I was told that I'm doing it wrong!
I said I have no control over their site. How can I change it?
Whoever I chatted with said I can't fix it now.
No name was given, just Total Drinks.
So I do not trust this site.
Unfortunately I never got any apology, but I did get a link to view the chat.
I bought elsewhere with zero hassles.
