ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY
ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY! I bought a brand new bonnet for a vehicle that was in for repairs and on a tight schedule, the bonnet arrived damaged, I contacted them explaining I don’t have time to wait for replacement or source a new one. They said they couldn’t see the damage despite the images being taken on a quality device. I then put guide coat on the bonnet and block sanded the bonnet to highlight the areas damage. After that SURPRISE SURPRISE they can’t offer a refund now because I’ve done the only thing I could to make them ‘see’ the damage. It took me 8 hours in the end to repair the bonnet and I was working into the early hours of the morning to have the car finished for my customer. They offered me 15% refund for the troubles! 15%!! My 8 hours of work to rectify their carelessness of packaging and courier choice and all they can do is offer me £36!! After countless messages back and forth this Mickey Mouse company haven’t given me anymore than 20% refund (not gone through yet and I won’t be surprised if they don’t send it). They are not a proper company. They are scammers that have no morals or business ethics. A company I would not recommend anybody using ever. Even if they were the only supplier around I would rather go without.
