Good guys and great customer but…
Good guys and great customer service the only thing that bothers me is if you say on your web that you have stock and I order and afterwards its not like that they don’t have it and have to go directly to the manufacturer and they ship it to me why not say so? Seems to me that they don’t really care for their web to be updated.

Thank you for your review. Our site does in fact say when we don't ship it from our own warehouse. All products which ship from the manufacturer are listed as "Ships in X days", where X is 1-2 in almost all cases. We also calculate shipping rates (if not free shipping) and shipping time from the manufacturer's warehouse since that can be on the other side of the country in some cases.
Fast shipping and order was complete!

Package had a Hand sanitizer burst in the box and it got onto most of the other parts. Other then maybe packaging liquids in sealed bags to prevent that from occurring again. I was very satisfied with my order.

Could you provide us more details with what you think is bad quality? You can reach us at 415-767-6905 or help@torqued.io . The two products you ordered are from MOMO and obp Motorsport, two very reputable brands. If you don't like them or they don't fit, we are happy to take a return on them and/or connect you with customer service to resolve your issues.
I'm not quite sure what we as Torqued did wrong to deserve 1 star from you. You placed the order on a Saturday and we shipped it to you in France at 9:45 am on Monday morning. Please do reach out to us directly so we can understand how to improve the quality of our service. Thank you.
Great site
Great site. My intake came fast and as described. Will probably buy again from this site when i need something else for my GS.

Didn't list compatible cars
Ordered a fuel rail and it stated it was for a 4g63 but DID NOT say it was for an Evo and I needed one for an Eclipse GST so of course it didn't fit my engine. Hopefully I can resell it and get at least some money back. Parts need to be more specific for fitment.

This is an AEM product which we've listed exactly as AEM has at https://www.aemelectronics.com/products/fuel-delivery/high-volume-fuel-rails/high-volume-fuel-rails. If you don't believe it fits your car, we are always available to help with customer service, connect you to technical support at AEM if necessary or take a return on the item. In the future, please reach out to us to do any of these options. Trying to resolve your concern via here is much less efficient. We can be reached at 415-767-6905 or help@torqued.io.
