Only thing holding me back from 5 stars was the hair seemed different this time, more wavy lighter feel and trickier to tame as previously the hair was straighter and styling was easy. Will place another order next week as I like to have 2 or 3 back up systems.

I love this company, first for their excellent customer service and also their high quality products. I have several of the men’s hat systems, they are my go-to brand. I recommend the lace front and silk base style they sell to everyone for the comfort and durability.

I used to buy from Lordhair but about a year ago i switched over to TopUniqueHair because the quality was so much better. Less tangling and also their customer service team is the best. I always have so many questions and theyre so happy to help me everytime. But seriously though, the quality for me personally is so much better because when i used to shop at competitors, the hair would already tangle on week 2. For TopUniqueHair I deal a bit with tangles with pieces that are permed but water and detangling spray always does the trick. But without the perm, the hair is even more high quality. The piece i have without the perm has lasted so long because it doesnt shed as easily and never tangles. I do love a perm though so I sacrifice a bit of the quality for the perm because i love a permanent body wave. Ive never been so satisfied. I wont be switching companies anytime soon.

Just tried TopUnique Hair for the first time and I am very pleased with the results. The workmanship is excellent and the hair cut is also exactly as I had asked for. They answer questions the same day so I am very pleased with the whole experience.

I have purchased two hair units from Top Uniqu. One Swiss Lace & One German Lace. I’m wearing the Swiss Lace. It’s very comfortable & the hair is very easy to brush. I get compliments at my work on how good my hair looks & im 76 years old. I will continue to purchase from Top Unique & my hair stylist asked for their contact information.

My first hair system was a dark brown number 2 with 10% gray. It is too dark for my skin tone but it was my first time using a hairpiece. It is very comfortable and it looks very natural. I have a special occasion coming up in a few days and I wanted to get a light brown with more gray so I ordered a number 5 with 40% gray. The website shows that it was going to take longer than the date of the event and I emailed the company to see if they could do a rush on the delivery. I received a response very quickly from their representative Tina who said that she would do everything possible to make sure that I would receive the hairpiece before the date of the occasion. I placed the order for the new piece and kept my fingers crossed hoping it would arrive before the evening of the event. I had to consider the time it was going to take to have it trimmed and styled before I could make use of the new piece. Sure enough Tina kept in constant contact with me and kept me updated on every single detail of the shipping process. It arrived yesterday and the colors are much better and I will have it ready for wear by tomorrow afternoon.
I’ve been receiving emails from other companies that sell hair systems and offering special pricing but the exemplary customer service from Tina was way beyond my expectations and they will have me as a customer for a very long time.
