I’ve been using Topline Insurance since 2014. As any homeowner in South Florida knows, insurance can be a stressful and often frustrating topic. What has kept me with Topline for all these years is the level of service and support they consistently provide. The agents at Topline Insurance have always helped me find the best coverage options for my home. Unlike some agencies that simply tell you, “This is what it is,” Topline takes the time to explain your options and look for solutions that fit your needs.
One of the things I value most is that they respect my time. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, their agents respond quickly, whether by email or phone. I never feel like I’m chasing someone down for answers. For me, customer service makes all the difference, and Topline has consistently exceeded my expectations. Patricia our agent went above and beyond in finding us home owners insurance with a much lower cost than what our previous insurance company (Citizens) was going to charge us. Then she went to work on our auto insurance and even though our current auto insurance was the best for us we had her take over that as well.
