Didn't start too well maybe because I had my own laptop problems and there was confusion over my payment transaction going through (switched to mobile) when I was asked for payment. All sorted by customer service when using the chat line on Monday 3rd Nov. Satisfactory outcome in the end especially when my payment was confirmed and policy email issued by Topdog. I received an email from them stating

After a little break, we’re thrilled to announce that TopDog Insurance is back online and ready to support and protect your travel adventures once again." When setting down my age as 81 I was informed that Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a quotation for your combination of trip duration, age and destination of choice. WHAT A CROCK.
