Insured with you at beginning of covid. I was the only person in our ski group who was reimbursed (which I returned after a few months when the group leader recovered her payments to the travel company) after french resorts were closed. Therefore I've used you again. But now I find I cannot alter my medical information after contacting you twice by email and logging in to your website twice.hence only 3 stars.

Bad point was i usualy print out the doc's which i did ,34 pages 😵‍💫 i rand out of colored ink doing so as i left it to print

This company is not age friendly it won’t take card payment over the phone it wants everything tekky this is discrimination against disabled and elderly . The phone persons are very repetitive and won’t send paper work by post so they must change . They also want payment link by email another mess for the elderly who don’t have smart phone . The person who set this system up are you smart or just intrangedent

I was really pleased to choose TopDog Travel for my upcoming trip to Australia. They ticked all the boxes when it came to covering my travel requirements, offering exactly the protection and options I needed without any hassle. That said, I can’t comment much further right now for the simple reason that I haven’t had to make a claim (and I sincerely hope I never do!).
