Great customer service really good people I just already have a vest only reason I’m returning

Customer service was fantastic!
Very helpful about the product before purchasing it. Will be purchasing from them again.

On time delivery.

Very fast shipping. My order was as 100% correct and carefully packaged.

Super fast shipping for this type of product and great price!

Best price I could find on the plate carrier I wanted (Agilite K-Zero) especially I with 20% discount for making an account, shipping was also quick and free. All and all a great experience and I'd highly recommend this site.

Extremely fast email response to questions and even faster shipping! Will absolutely be purchasing from Top Armor again!

Lead time was accurate! My ballistic helmet arrived on time, packaged very well. Top Armor did a good job keeping me updated! Would recommend for all your armor needs!

Fair prices for NIJ-certified product; shipment was prompt and I was kept up to date with shipping details.

Super fast shipping! Was expecting to wait weeks for my order.

The pricing and communication was excellent. If I had a question the support people got back near immediately (during clearly communicated business hours). The only reason I knocked a star was because the estimated ship time was 2-3 weeks and it was closer to 5-6. I understand that is mostly on highcom not giving accurate estimates but it would be nice to have more accurate estimates. That said I will definitely be ordering from top armor again and I’ve already recommended them to friends and coworkers.

Super friendly and quick to respond! Pleasure doing business with.

The Highcom side plates I ordered I got for a great price, they shipped out when they said they would and arrived a few days later. Would order from them in the future for sure. Go to TopArmor for your armor needs they deliver much quicker than some of the other armor dealers out there.

Shipped fast but packaging needs to be more discreet. The Top Armor tape covering the box is not discreet at all.

Very responsive and helpful with any issues I had.

Competitive pricing with proactive follow-up and customer service. When there was an issue with my order outside of their control, the CS team reached out and did everything they could to make it right.

Great customer service, they held a deal for me for about a week or so after it ended so I could confirm the fit on my new carrier. Good shipping speed an packaging

Great communication and price! Would recommend highly for your armor needs

Great customer service - I mean GREAT customer service! Great pricing. Fast shipping.

Order came super fast! I wish they had more tactical accessories in-stock and their prices were definitely higher than buying directly from the manufacturer (Agilite in this case), but the fact that everything came within about 3 days during the holidays makes me give them 5 stars.
