Wednesday lunchtime a call to Tony Valentine, spoke with Liam and arranged to go and look at a Powakaddy FX 1. Was served by Josh, a knowledgeable young man who completed the sale. The professionalism of this store is way above average. Thank you for your time and patience. I will return

I purchased a Taylor Made Storm Dry Cart Bag; ordering was easy and delivered a day earlier than expected and the bag is great, so that was great.
There was a small manufacturing issue with the bag, but this was resolved quickly and more than fairly by the company.
Excellent customer support and service.

It was a brand new bag, thankfully items arriving damaged from the manufacturer is extremely rare it's a shame we had some bad luck on this occasion. Excellent service again with prompt delivery. However, a free gift was offered with the deal but when it arrived it became clear that the model of trolley purchased did not include the device to fit the drinks holder. I felt this could have been made clearer. Never mind! I will continue to use your outstanding service.
