company needs to change their courier DPD as they say it is there fault . My ordered ( travel cot) gets picked up from Tonys then they take it back to them , twice this has happened in one week , not even left Belfast for UK. This has ruined a gift request for my daughter in law ... I rather pay more for my product and get it delivered ..

Order the out and about v5 midnight blue double got a phone call from the store a few days later to say unfortunately the v5 was out of stock and they would be upgrading me to the v6 for no extra charge was delivered a few days later brilliant so light weight love it even fits on the bus with no problem love it thank you so much
Do not buy from this shop at all
Do not buy from this shop at all. I bought from this shop and they left my package 3 miles away from my house and the package was torn and the items were on the floor. The funny thing is they kept me waiting for 3 weeks and did not refund my money. Customer service is terrible. Delivery was really terrible. Do not waste your money

Received a faulty product with no means of returning…
Received a faulty product and contacted their customer service via email on the 19th Dec. Had a reply to either arrange a replacement or refund and I emailed to arrange a refund. However, I’ve had no response from them since despite me emailing back twice (23rd and 27th) to arrange a refund. Terrible customer service. I shouldn’t be in a situation where I’m left with a faulty product that’s no good for use with no means of sorting a return. I’m now £135 down. Thanks a bunch Tom Kealy’s. I do not recommend!

Edited: after leaving the message again on Thursday morning I was contacted by Tricia from costumer service. She has been very helpful and apologised for lack of communication and delay. She promised that the buggy will be send out that day and I will recive it on Saturday which I did. Buggy arrived in excellent condition. Very pleased with the purchase. Hopefully in the future the company will be bit bwtter with comunicating with costumers.
Original: So after horrid experience with different company I was hoping for a better one with Tony Kealys and oh boy I was wrong.
I put order through on 29th of August and it says it will deliver 2-3 business days. As the 29th was Friday, I expected to recive the delivery by today (3rd of September) as didnt count the weekend. I had no updates on Monday, so I contacted them and was inform that the buggy isnt even with them and that by Wednesday ( today) they should to recived it and send it out so i can get it by the end of this week which I assume by Friday as they do not deliver on Satuday and Sunday. Well, they didnt as they promise as I have no updates and status of my parcel still says " preparing shipment " ( since Friday 29th of August). I have email them today to ask for update, no response( even so in automatic replay they promise to respond withing few hours) so I call , no answer, just to leave the message which I did.
I am beyond fed up with those companies claiming one thing and doing the other. This is the second company withing 2 weeks that is has failed to their promises and trie to buy extra time by ignoring costumers and feeding them lies.
Exceptional customer service
I was really impressed with the customer service from this company. When there was a hiccup with the courier (which was completely out of the company’s control), they responded quickly and sorted everything out without any hassle. Their communication was fast, friendly, and efficient — they honestly couldn’t have done more to help. It’s rare to find a company that stands by its customers like this. Highly recommended!
Incredible! A brilliant online retailer
Incredible! Was very pleased with how easy ordering from this company was. I had never heard of them before and was a little skeptical initally as the prices seemed too good to be true. Was it all legit?! Shouldn't have had concerns. The high chair arrived from Ireland in under 48hrs. Everything was well packaged and in good condition upon delivery. Would definitely consider ordering things in the future. Glad we found this website.

Bad services
Bad services, the website stated the parm will be in stock at the end of March but then when I communicated with them they said it will be with us by 7 April and deliveries could be mid of April, so I asked them about the other colour which says it is in stock and delivered in 1-3 days then they said not in stock and they said the website is unupdated, they lack of truth and honestly

Had great experiences with this company and can’t rate them highly enough! I bought my icandy travel system from another retailer who shortly after, went out of business. I was having trouble with my icandy which needed a handlebar replacement. Jean from Tony Kealy’s was such a great help and did this for us free of charge! She was also so helpful in sourcing a footmuff for the pram which the original retailer left us short of. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough and will be buying anything baby related from them in future!

The people in here really know their stuff. So knowledgeable and so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. Some of the best service I had ever had. Would recommend to everyone. Poppy was looking after us when we come and got the pram and she was amazing.
Wouldn't use this company again
We ordered a pram on Saturday, website claimed "1-3 days delivery", and that they'd email upon dispatch.
By Wednesday morning, technically the third business day, I had heard nothing.
I emailed the company explaining the above, and got no response, however I have now received a dispatched email.
The customer service is non-existent. An acknowledgement and explanation on the last expected day of delivery would have gone a long way.

PLEASE PLEASE READ! Wanted to purchase the iCandy pram and accessories in coco along with the CloudT car seat and base in Cozy Beige. Was told all would be in store in 3-4 weeks, we then called to check if it was in after 4 weeks and told no it would be another 3-4 weeks as there was a delay on icandy’s end. We said okay and waited. We then checked in again and were told it would be past the date expected (basically they weren’t sure when it would be in). I am due in 3 weeks so we went to Mamas & Papas (after being told “well if you can get it somewhere else go for it”) to see if we could get it quicker, they informed us that the car seat in that colour is pre-order only and wouldn’t be in till mid-July (so lied to by Tony Kealys!!). Ended up buying from Mamas and Papas everything came within days, was cheaper and got a £150 gift card to spend in store. Cancelled with Tony Kealys and asked for refund. Would absolutely avoid this company, no communication whatsoever we had to chase them and were completely lied to continuously for over 2 months about what was available and timeframes. I never write reviews but as a first time mum this really stressed me out and I wouldn’t want it happening to anyone else.

Over priced and kept me waiting for a week with no info before refunding me. Then bought the item from smiths £10 cheaper and was delivered the next day.
Great experience
Was a little sceptical ordering our Trip Trapp high chair from Ireland with free delivery to England but it was the best price I could find online so gave it a go. I needn't have worried, it arrived in a matter of days after ordering. Well packaged, everything as it should be, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.
Stokke Tripp Trapp
Bought Stokke high chair Tripp Trapp last week. Fast and intime delivery, no scratches, no missing equipments, not used product. Was worried but now I’m lucky.
Avoid to buy products from them
I would advise against purchasing any products from them. It's better to buy directly from the product manufacturer or use platforms like Amazon. I had a really bad experience when I ordered an expensive Elvie Breast Pump. The product was faulty, and when I requested a replacement, they advised me to deal directly with Elvie. They mentioned that they would process my refund only if I received confirmation from Elvie. Despite emailing Elvie daily, I haven't received a proper reply. Tony's customer support only checks for updates every 4 or 5 days, and my concern is that when we buy a product from Tony, we shouldn't have to deal directly with the product vendor – that should be their responsibility. I don't recommend their products.
