UPDATED: Very disappointed that Tonic aren’t paying attention to the current situation and exposure of the impact of the addition of folic acid to flour containing products. This has shone a light on the damage this synthetic chemical can do. I’ve cancelled my kids supplement subscription. Add methylfolate and you may win me back, until then no thank you! Folic Acid comes with a health warning attached!

Who can and cannot take folic acid

Most adults and children over 12 months can take folic acid on its own.

Multivitamins containing other vitamins combined with folic acid are not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Folic acid is not suitable for everyone. For example, it may not be suitable if:

you've had an allergic reaction to folic acid or another ingredient used in the medicine in the past
you have vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia or pernicious anaemia (a condition where your immune system attacks your body's healthy cells)
you have a coronary stent (a small metal mesh tube inserted into the artery that leads to your heart)
you have cancer

Before taking folic acid, tell your doctor if you have any medical conditions.

I appreciate you understand things get pushed as safe and effective by vested interests. See your own YouTube for examples of how we are sold lies regarding many nutrient devoid products etc.

Drs on social media are discussing this all at length, some suggest synthetic folic acid actually blocks the folate receptor.

I urge you to revisit your approach to folic acid.

I got the mango flavor and I cant honestly taste any mango at all.

I can smell it but cant taste it.

I don’t drink enough water so thought I would give this a try to assist hydration. I got the mango But wasn’t keen on the taste so I drink it with pear and plum water. I really feel better since drinking this, less pain and just feel better overall. Will continue drinking and will try a different flavour next time

Tonic Health immunity dissolvable tablets are amazing no artificial sugar just natural Stevia.

Products are delivered in good time. In fact recently my order was delayed, I reached out and was immediately sent a replacement. I now have my entire household on TONIC products. Both my children are autistic and the Calm gummies have been vital, getting my youngest to settle (don’t get me wrong he hasn’t miraculously started going to sleep at 8pm instead of 2am) however he has stopped grinding his teeth which used to sound excruciatingly painful and he is settled and asleep by midnight. Which from where we were that’s an absolute win! My boys have no issues taking them they tell me they are yummy so it isn’t a fight. They take the multi vitamin, omega 3 and the calm and they look forward to getting them. The fact that these products are full of the stuff they need makes me feel like check done every time!

I have tried to cancel my subscription and keep receiving the product I wish to cancel with immediate effect

Had a problem with delivery and the carriers returned to sender, this problem was quickly sorted out and I received it a couple of days later, great response. The product itself is clean to the taste and easy to drink, massive taste difference to tap water and I am using it as a replacement. Will buy again.
