Hopeless Communication

They never respond to emails, they hardly ever pick up the phone.

They also operate as “ME Freight”

How these people are still in business is beyond me.

Appalling service and customer care!!!

What an absolute joke this service is. My delivery was consigned and arrived at their Sydney warehouse on the 18th of July. It is now the 1st of August. That’s over two weeks of delays, and to make matters worse, the package has now been sitting in their Brisbane depot for the past six days with no movement.

I’ve made countless phone calls which are never answered, sent multiple emails to every contact I could find, and submitted follow-ups through their website. No one has responded. No update. No phone call. No apology.

This has been the most frustrating and unacceptable experience I have ever had with a courier company. The lack of communication, care, and responsibility is absolutely disgraceful.

I would give zero stars if I could.
What a joke, Never again!!

Awful

Awful. Packages needed to be signed for but weren’t. Don’t reply to emails. Won’t ever be ordering anything again that uses them as delivery service.

The worst Company

This really is the worst courier company in the world, their logistics are as good as dead and so is their customer service. Ruined all expectations of buying something really bad. A company that makes me sick just thinking about it.

Long delivery wait times

Brought a desk from secret lab some of the items got shipped via Aus post and they were delivered within a couple of days.

The desk itself was shipped through ToMyDoor, they picked the order up within a few days from Melbourne VIC and it took about a week to get to QLD.

Tracking was somewhat ok, however once it hit Brisbane they sent a message to my phone saying that the delivery was coming today, while waiting around for my order to be delivered it has taken them a week to deliver it from when they sent the message saying it’s out for delivery.

Sent 2 emails to support which I still haven’t heard back from and tried ringing them multiple times in which case was stuck on hold

Overall - not the best experience

ToMyDoor are quite possibly the worst…


ToMyDoor are quite possibly the worst company i have ever had to deal with.

Ordered a SecretLabs MagnusPRO XL.

Tracking said "Expected Delivery, Friday 8th of November".

So i booked the day off work to organize it when it gets delivered, email on the day confirming it will be here and they email me back saying "No, it won't be delivered until early next week"... Okay? communication or updating the tracking would be nice.

The rude and blunt staff that were sending me emails were incredibly frustrating to deal with, they couldn't grasp the question "Why is it taking 5 days to get from Melbourne > Adelaide" and just kept repeating the same tracking information that I already knew, over and over. All I wanted to know was a definite delivery date so i could be home for it.

The following Monday, the tracking gets changed to Wednesday, 13th of November..... around comes Wednesday with another day booked off work and I email again confirming if it will be delivered today. They say "Someone has confirmed your delivery for tomorrow on the 14th of November", when all I said to someone was that I didn't want it left in a safe place and wanted it signed.... never spoke to anyone about confirming a delivery date for then as i expected the tracking to be accurate and receive it on the 13th.

I ended up speaking to the owner of the company on the phone and he goes "If you're gonna F$%^%$# carry on i'll just send your desk back to Secretlabs and you won't have it at all"

Ended up explaining to him that i've had to book 2 days off of work now for false/misleading communication on their behalf and I won't settle for it not being delivered on the 13th... later that day it got delivered.

Possibly the worst customer service…

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, if I could’ve given minus stars these clowns certainly deserve it! Would’ve been quicker walking to nsw to collect my package, paid a premium for freight and still haven’t received my package, no tracking for me apparently the tracking doesn’t work in regional areas, hahaha your company is a pathetic service provider, best thing you clowns can do is pull your bottom lip over your heads and swallow!!

The Worst there is

The Worst there is, avoid at all costs. Totally & completely incompetent & ZERO customer service . your delivery WILL be days or weeks late & if you try to contact them you will stay in a cue (they tell you you're the first in cue btw) indefinitely forced to listen to worst music/dialogue loop known to man. If you're lucky they might answer but you'll be told you may have to wait a few more days, they won't be able to tell you where your parcel is but they will promise to chase it up & call you back, but they do not. Utterly frustrating is an understatement.

To My Door Eventually!!!

To My Door Eventually!!!! They picked up two items and managed to split them up some how between Sydney and Gosford. One item has been in Gosford for 2 days and the second item arrived this morning. It is Friday and they said they "might" deliver on Monday because couriers have already left depot. I asked if I can pick the item up because their depot is only 5 minutes away. They said they can arrange for me to pick up the item on Monday not today?????

Worst delivery company

My item have not moved at all since day one they took it, been 3.5week with no delivery.
never answer phone or email.
Thank you suffing up my family Christmas showing zero care

Had to contact fair trading...

Kergo, change your courier!!

Ordered a desk through Kergo, which was quite smooth. Then was passed through ToMyDoor for the delivery….what can I say. The people working for the company don’t seem to have the basic of an understanding of the field they work in. They seem to not know about door bells to let you know when they’re at the door or care to check if anyone is home before they just dump your goods in the open. For ToMyDoor, “close enough is good enough” seems to be their motto. I mean a $1k product that was entrusted for you to deliver and you just dump it close enough to the door without any notice…and if someone happens to walk pass and take…well too bad for the recipient. Awesome code of conduct ToMyDoor. You take the cake for a sh* t show / joke of a courier company.

Have my parcel but cannot tell me where it is or when I will get it

They have had my parcel at their depot and it has not moved for two weeks. When I called them they re-assured me it would definitely arrive by the date they specified, now they don't even answer their phone and have a message saying to email them and then the call cuts off. So I emailed and now they are saying they have no idea when my parcel will be delivered. I have asked them to tell me exactly where my parcel is and they won’t even answer that very simple question. Seriously, are they kidding, they are not fit for purpose.

Terrible Communication

If the star rating could go lower it would definitely reflect.

3 weeks after my order was initially booked it still hasn’t even left the warehouse.

The couriers “TOMYDOOR” don’t answer the phone and certainly don’t answer emails and fail in communication on all grounds.

I would suggest if they are the couriers for any item you are needing delivery you search elsewhere, I don’t even regret saying, but AusPost are more reliable than this new, not even 6 month old company that will drown since their competition performs substantially better
