We bought the curved tv stand and the lamp table in the light oak and absolutely love them. The shape and quality is outstanding and fits so well in our home.

Excellent customer service , whole customer journey was brilliant

The product was delivered, unpacked and inspected by us before we accepted the delivery. When unpacked the boxes were taken away. This is our third piece and we have not been disappointed with the beauty and style that we purchased.

Very helpful staff when I enquired about making an item to order and I’m delighted with the Console Table. Beautifully finished and lovely Sycamore. The delivery guys were careful bringing the item in, which was very well protected, and disposed of all packaging. I’d highly recommend Tom Schneider - the furniture is stunning but practical.

The quality and service of Tom Schneider is second to none. Their furniture is outstanding, stylish and unique and will last a lifetime, they are statement pieces of exceptional high craftsmanship made of solid wood. I have bought 2 items a tv cabinet and slinky shelving unit both wonderful statement furniture that we have had many compliments on. I will be buying again in the future.

I recently purchased the beautiful Walnut Swirl Coffee Table, such a striking, elegant piece which really transforms my room; the craftsmanship of the wood is exceptional. A small issue with the finish was resolved quickly, their service has been excellent throughout. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about both its products and its customers. Communication has been prompt, courteous, and professional at every stage including their delivery partners. A truly positive experience and would highly recommend TS, the company and their furniture.

We bought a tapered tv unit It is fabulous. The quality is amazing. We had a few questions about the unit we spoke to the customer service and emailed, the response was the best ,they were very helpful and friendly and made some helpful suggestions. The service is 5star. Delivery is also a great service the delivery guys unpacked checked the unit themselves but also made sure were happy all packaging was taken away. We also had a call from customer service to make sure we were happy with our unit. What a fantastic company to do business with. Highly recommended

We purchased the Tom Schneider Saturn Dining Table 130 cm. The process from selection to delivery was faultless. Communication was great and delivery was as agreed. The delivery team were professional and friendly and put the table in situ without any problems. I would 100 % recommend Tom Schneider.

I saw the Taper Corner media unit online.After not being able to see it in store.I decided to contact Tom Schneider direct. They couldn't have been more helpful. All my questions were answered and they sent me brochures and draught measurements of the unit.
I decided to purchase the corner unit and I received reqular delivery updates . The delivery associates were very repespctful of my property and unpacked the media unit wearing gloves and placed it where I wanted.I was allowed to check it over and was asked if i were happy before they left.Suffice to say im over the moon with my media unit.The craftsmanship is stunning and its aesthetically pleasing on the eye.I get so many compliments. Lastly I would like to send a big thank you to the Tom Schneider Team as they went over and above with my purchase

Unprofessional, dreadful customer service, best avoided. I bought the swirl coffee table with a glass top - ex display. The table was delivered and I had to sign to say I was happy with the item. Item seemed fine but difficult to tell if there were any issues due to reflections on the glass and hand prints all over from bring handled by the delivery men. On cleaning the table, I noticed the glass was scratched. I contacted TS immediately and provided a photo of the damage. Their first response was that I had signed a disclaimer. Then they asked for a video recording despite explaining that a video recording would not be useful due to reflections on the glass. Belatedly they offered to replace the glass which I refused - by then I had lost confidence and they had shown themselves to be unreputable. I had to mention my rights under the Consumer Rights Act. They they agreed to arrange a collection and refund my payment. They asked if I had retained the packaging. This is the same packaging that the delivery men ripped in the process of unpacking the table and they had taken with them. The glass was wrapped in cling film so they delivery men cut it open and could not be reused. The packing could not be reused. When I told them I did not have the packaging and why, TS said he could not incur the costs of new packaging to send the item to Europe - this is an ex-display furniture from his store so no idea where Europe came into the equation. Thoroughly unpleasant company to deal with. Never again

Our Tom Schneider Grace sideboard is a great piece of furniture which is beautifully crafted and admired by our guests. The quality is superb.
