I am studying the Impact MBA program, and really enjoying my experience. The faculty is great and truly passionate about their subjects. I particularly enjoy courses with Dr. Maren Kropfeld, as well as the sessions and opportunities to interact with experts from industry like Lubomilla Jordanova or Nora Dietrich. The academic quality is top-notch, and I can really feel the innovation within the program and learning model.

Great people and cool program. I did the masters degree while having a fulltime job and becomming a first time father. Since its such a flexible experience I was still able to complete the studies succesfully.

Studying the Master's in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Technology definitely broadened my horizon and wrapped up everything you need to know for launching a sustainable and impactful startup. I've learned a lot and created a business plan for a new business idea by the end of the studies. Even if you have a business background and already had a successful startup it's very insightful and whets your appetite for creating a new business. It's far beyond anything you imagine from old-school studying - it was very challenging thus inspiring and it was a pleasure to work on the challenges still after a full work-day. Overall, I would highly recommend the program again.

To be honest i was really curious but also had negative thoughts about challenge based learning.

Now i really appreciate this way of learning. But why?
It's all about the own engagement to study for a value and not only for receiving a grade. It's about more.
I learned from the experience of everyone during my (let's called it) mission. I got input information to learn by my own, got feedback and not only by the teachers also by the community.
We faced/will face difficult challenges in order to find a solution and that is what the world needs!

Also really positive and modern is the platform for teaching. Using a metaverse and different other digital platforms is also related to the modern way of working. I can be flexibel in Location and time to study integrated in my full time Job.

All in all for me it's the perfect way of studying.

The Quest for the Perfect Program:

When I first embarked on my educational journey with Tomorrow University (ToU), I could not predict how profoundly it would impact my life.

Despite the challenging backdrop of a war in Ukraine, my ToU experience has been nothing short of extraordinary, a place of support and motivation even during blackouts or hostilities.

My journey with ToU began as I searched without success for an MBA program that would allow me to build upon my unique background in education, NGOs, and technology. That's when I stumbled upon the Professional Master in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, and Technologies, which sounded like the perfect fit for my aspirations.

Little did I know that ToU was no ordinary university; it was an institution that would reshape my perception of higher education. It wasn't just about the exceptional faculty and curriculum; it was about the infectious enthusiasm and innovative pedagogical approach that set ToU apart.

Progress was palpable as we moved through the phases of orientation, calibration, elevation (I am here right now), and activation, culminating in tangible deliverables, whether individually or in groups, from pitching to preparing reports, recording video messages to conducting interviews.

3 - The Power of Distance Learning: ToU's remote program empowers students to seamlessly blend education with work. The flipped classroom model allows motivated learners to take control of their knowledge acquisition, using live sessions for interactive discussions and collaboration.

Personal Growth and Professional Development:

ToU has not only honed my professional skills but enriched my personal growth. It has provided insight into my individuality, personal mission, values, and real needs. ToU has inspired me to evolve EdWay – a one-stop-shop for educators' professional development, to launch a new platform to help Ukrainian students bridge educational gaps, and even to dream of establishing a university to prepare future teachers for our country's recovery.

I am profoundly grateful to ToU for not only supporting my educational journey but also for providing a special grant for my studies and their unwavering support for the people of Ukraine.

Looking ahead, I can't help but wonder: How far will these transformative experiences take me, and what more will these butterfly wings reveal?

I have been very happy with my choice of joining TOU for a number of reasons. I was looking for a career change and found that TOU gave me the hands on learning experience I was looking for that was super current and relevant. Due to the challenge based learning model, you are working on real life problems and for actual companies. At the end of the program I felt ready to make a career transition.

In addition, I wanted a program which I could combine with work and TOU provides a very flexible option. While I was initially worried it would be hard to connect with my peers, I found the learning experience very collaborative and community based and with regular meetups where you can connect with other learners across various cohorts.

What a fabulous and unique learning experience which I strongly recommend.

One of my main objectives is to pursue lifelong learning and personal growth. I actively sought opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills, but I struggled to find a university that aligned with my interests, learning style, and the demands of my work and family commitments.

I've only been a part of the "Tomorrow's University" system for two months, but I'm already a firm believer in its approach. The results have been truly remarkable. A truly special university.
It's not just an online course where you have to struggle through on your own. There is a challenge discussion once a week where you see all your fellow students and have a discussion with them. It keeps you motivated.
Furthermore, I also find the on-site meet-ups very exciting. At ToU, you have the flexibility of a remote university, yet you are very well integrated socially.
The learning app is modern and is also constantly being improved. The course content always includes examples from the recent past. I appreciate that very much. For example, how a company recently carried out a transformation towards more responsibility.

I'm currently doing the master in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology. One of the standout features of ToU is its unparalleled network. I am currently doing master in SET (Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology). What brought me to this program is unique approach to focus on the core of the emotional quotient (Life long learning, Building dream team, Mission identification). Because i strongly believe that what sets you apart is that learning that you can apply, regardless of how smaller it is. Also how Your knowledge can benefit others. I feel that is the core value of ToU so that it is useful to me. It doesn't give me secret sauce to achieve some great results like some online courses but compel me to think and ask some tough questions which is helpful to me applying some fundamental changes in my own company where i am leading a team of 100 developers.

Also i get support from the Tutor, Peers and founders for my Mission Project to create an ecosystem of learning Tech skills in Indian villages. Its an unique problem because of the various factors like culture, Affordability, Availability of the opportunity.

Honestly for me, its bit difficult because i am currently in India and for me the session starts at 9.30 PM so some times very difficult to manage.I have to juggle to manage balance between Sports, Work, Family and kids and Learning. But to be honest its worth.

What can be improved
I would highly recommend offline sessions (Not for whole course but for some Challenges) for couple of weeks which can enhance the collaboration and in person working together.

I am super happy with my experience at tomorrow university. The curriculum is covering all recent topics and combined with the challenge-based learning model I can easily make use of my learnings in my day-to-day work & personal life.
