the metal framed aviator…

the metal framed aviators became ‘baggy’ so that the arms were too wide for my face. it was not possible to tighten the arms as the screws didn’t tighten anymore and eventually the arm fell off while i was out!
no help or support to rectify from the store.

Oud Wood - please read before buying

I've long been a fan of TF aftershaves but it's time to move on. I have noticed a massive difference on the longevity of the aroma over that past 10 years.

More noticeably on the Tom Ford Oud Wood. It just doesn't last as long on the skin, it's almost been diluted and made weaker.

There was a time I could spray it once on my neck and my good lady could smell it until the next day, If it managed to get on my clothes, I could smell it even after being washed with the smell getting stronger whilst ironing!

Now - I have to spray it 8 times to get the same aroma and it's gone in hours ... mmmm I wonder why that is? Ive foolishly been using more and buying more, but no more, I'm done.

On another note, Oud Wood intense was incredible, the smell and longevity was out of this world... but they stopped making it. Tom Ford, what are you doing?

It's time to spend my good money on something else.

I had difficulty purchasing a fragrance…

I had difficulty purchasing a fragrance online. Customer service tried to do it over the phone. They looked into the issue which was an error at their end. They suggested PayPal instead which worked. They went above and beyond to help me, and the order arrived before a 24hr period has even been reached. Excellent service thanks so much. 5 star from me.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I wrote to Tom Ford customer service about a expensive perfume l purchased in a airport. They came back to me within one week and offered me a full refund. I couldn't be happier with their response.

Poor customer service

Ordered some beauty products for my wife online. DPD failed to deliver. “Customer service” totally disinterested. Refund requested but could take two weeks to arrive…..

Tom Ford is not behind it’s products defect

After having Tom Ford eyeglasses about 7 months, it was broken in the middle while cleaning. The service in my country said it is because of my fault. And regret to change it. I also asked the center of the company. They also said can’t help. What a brand. Be aware of this brand.

Hope they don’t fade like mine! Bought them in Spain whilst on holiday and they expect me to return them to the shop to get them repaired! 😂

Nothing they can do apparently.

What a greedy company

What a greedy company

Absolutely rubbish website that doesn’t let you pay through pay pal, credit cad or Apple Pay due to software issues, customer service is as much use as an astray on a motorbike and I’ve just noticed that the boxers I would have liked at half price (£45) are now £54 as they have actually put them up (in a sale) to £108 and they were £90

You really couldn’t make it up!

Faulty product and worst customer service!

Always saw Tom Ford as a luxury brand, couldn’t be more wrong. Back in June I purchased some sneakers which on wearing for the first time the dye on the sneaker bled all over them and on my clothes.
On complaining I sent the required proof of purchase, photographs, which I got a very quick email back apologising saying would I like a refund or new pair, I opted for a new pair which I was told would be with me in 5 working days.
One month on, there is no sign of the replacement, since then I have contacted customer services 5 time by email to get an automated response saying the department will come back to me. This has led to me then having to call them, which I was put on hold being told by a manager, it has been referred to high priority and that I would be contacted in two working day, again no response.
To me Tom Ford, not only isn't the luxury product I expected, but worst of all is the terrible customer service. I would avoid at all cost.

Avoid as they are impossible to get hold of and do not seem interested in making returns possible.

i bought a pair of sunglasses cips to go with my tomford glasses and the magnets line up nicely but the actuall shades are smaller then the glasses so Ill have to return then. I requested a returns label and got a standard reply giving me a ticket number. I have not heard anything from them since. All I want is a return label. Where is it?

Website design

I was about to order some perfumes for my husband and the website design is so poor that I can't even enter my email in small letters, let alone ordering something. Really disappointed. It's so expensive brand and so low criteria for online customers. Reading other reviews put me off another level.

The worst experience I had with a brand. I ordered a foundation, another one was sent to me at a lower price than what I chose. I said the problem, I sent evidence and they kept postponing me with the resolution until I wrote to them again and again so that after all this time I would receive an answer that they had also checked this, even though I ordered it on the invoice they sent me you can clearly see the product and its price. The Tom Ford team is pathetic. I do not recommend at all, and this is not because of the products, but because of the way the whole team works, from small to large. Disappointing…

Absolutely useless customer service…

Absolutely useless customer service it’s like talking to a robot. I inquired if a product has been discontinued as it’s not only sold out on their site but everywhere else that stocks it and they sent me a message saying “you can’t add a product to the cart if it’s not in stock” like I’m some sort of idiot. I replied to it asking my question again and they literally copy/pasted the exact same response. Useless and embarrassing that a big name brand can’t answer a simple question. Or at least look into it. Money going elsewhere I guess.

Some of the most embarrassing customer…

Some of the most embarrassing customer service I’ve ever experienced. They refused to cancel my order even though it was only 30 minutes after I placed it. When I received the package the return label was misprinted so UPS didn’t accept it. Had to send a request for a new one via email that takes one to two business days?!?! Mind you you’re only allowed to return within 14 days of receiving your item, not even a month like other businesses that actually care about you. Just order from Amazon for example. Their products are for half the price on there and their customer service department actually cares about paying customers.

THEY SENT ME EXPIRED BEAUTY PRODUCTS. (expired by a year ). now they are ignoring me via emial and phone. I went to the boutique, also couldn't help.

Joke. Spent 560 GBR for nothing
Ordered november 30th no reply

UPDATE: I called them today to ask for a refund again. They have told me that their products don't have expiration date. That the shelf life is 3 years, but the 36 months counts from opening. The make up that was sent to me was 3 years and 9 months old. They said they cannot comment on that. I asked then to provide the information when the make up I ordered was produced. She said they cannot comment that. Luxury brand and such treatment to clients. They refuse to refund me.
My lawyer will contact them next week.

Absolutely poor service from Tom Ford…

Absolutely poor service from Tom Ford on their website it says their items are delivered in 1-3 days. This is a lie to draw you in and your item is still not delivered I would not of ordered if I knew. I called them and they do not pick up till 45 minutes despite calling from 8.30 when their phones opened. It has ruined valentines and absolute poor service !

3 working days on the carrier still has not got the parcel !
