I ordered a Fox.de baby plushie from here and it was predicted that it would arrive in March since it was a preorder. There customer service and communication was fantastic putting me at ease when I was worried we wouldn't get the package in time for a concert.
They done was they said they would do and we have now got our items.
The items arrived well packaged so no damage to the products.
There prices are reasonable too.

Super quick shipping, arrived much sooner than i thought it would!! Have an amazing selection on their store, and were accommodating when i was worried it might get sent to an old address as i was in the process of moving.
