the actual software and user experience is 5stars. I just struggled to due to connection issue with my air bnb, the help team were just taking me around in circles. every shift change it was back to square one and them not listening to my issue. they kept thinking it was the opposite issue to what it actually was.
I'm three days in and looking for alternatives.

After their response I've lowered it to 1star! how can any company say that their staff did an excellent job. Yes there were certain staff who endeavoured to do their best, but as soon as the shift changed I was back to square one. This is the key problem I had with this company.

The program itself is fairly ergonomic however there is sometimes a bit much and to someone who doesn't understand the terms it can be a bit confusing. Thankfully, the customer service is very efficient and not only do they have a live chat, they can live call and show you on screen in real time how to use the program, whilst sorting any issues. Very helpful.

Mr.Fakhar help me explain my complicatated issue by google meet phone call to share how to pull the report which i used the wrong function. He really kind to help me. Thank you.

Fantastic software and very intuitive to use. Easy setup with lots of additional features. I was helped today by Ahsaan to resolve an issue with listings and the customer support was always swift and excellent.

It's amazing channel manager! It's very helpful and the operators are also very helpful and fast response. The only downside tho, it's very hard to refresh. It's like always stuck at the end of refresh bar. But I'd still give 5 stars.

What we like the most about Tokeet is its simplicity. No it doesn't have the slickest design interface, but it was neat and simple. Sometimes Less is More! Additional Features such as Guest Management (similar to Duve) would be a good add-on too. But we are happy with current features and will continue to use Tokeet with our Serviced Accommodation Business.

Great channel manager with a lot of helpfull addons and great supportive staff

Channel manager is great, but what's even more important is their support. It's fast and professional, and whenever you have issues, it's resolved in no time.
