I originally gave a one star bad review as it was a struggle to receive my order but once Sharon was on the case I received my order promptly. Daughter loves the shoes and boots. We have used Toezone for the last couple of years for school as their footwear is comfortable and withstands a lot of vigorous outdoor play. It would be nice to continue to buy Toezone but their customer service/response does need improving.

Really solid shoes, Fit well.

These are the only school shoes I will ever get my daughter.
These are the only shoes that last the year through & don’t scuff like others I bought her in the past.

Can’t recommend the shoes enough!

Zero customer service. Zero communication. I will be disputing this with my bank soon. Shoes are great, but definitely buy them elsewhere.

I emailed Toezone THREE times over about 9 days. No email was replied to or even acknowledged until I left a Trustpilot review. I see from other reviews that other customers have experienced the same thing. My first two emails was because the courier required more information from the sender (Toezone) before they could deliver. As this hasn’t been provided I assume the parcel has been sent back to the sender. I haven’t received anything or had any attempted deliveries. I no longer require the order so now I would like to cancel it and have a refund please.

Update: After a lot of arguing and requests to change my Trustpilot review, Toezone sent a replacement. The shoes were actually too big but I haven't bothered trying to exchange them as it's been such a hassle dealing with this company and their returns policy looks complication and stressful too so decided to keep them until she grows into them and get some shoes elsewhere for school in September. As before, the shoes are good but the company is very poor if you have any sort of issue or problem, so I doubt I will order here again.

Like other reviewers, I've had zero communication or help from Toezone's customer services. I've bought the shoes before and they were really good. Ordered a new pair for the next school year directly from Toezone. There was an issue with delivery and Yodel told me the sender (Toezone) would need to get in touch with them and provide more info. They didn't tell me what info. I emailed Toezone twice to ask them to contact Yodel. No reply or acknowledgement of email. Now 8 days have gone by and the parcel will have been returned to them so I've emailed again requesting a refund. However I've just now found the other reviews here so not very hopeful I will get my refund and will have to dispute through the bank instead. What a shame that what could be a nice company and business is ruined by such poor customer service. The shoes are great, but don't buy them direct! Find them elsewhere!

You received this "harsh" review because you failed to reply to 3 attempts to communicate with you. Only when a negative review is left do you respond. I can see I am not the only customer to have found this. I emailed you directly and I used the contact form on your website. Refund the order please, it has not been received and is now no longer required. Yodel were holding it, awaiting info from yourselves. As they didn't receive the info they will have returned it to you by now. If you want to provide good customer service, refund me and stop quibbling and arguing with me.

My little girl has worn ToeZone's since she was 2 and we have chosen the perfect pair for starting school in September! Super quick delivery and really friendly customer service, so much easier to print a size guide at home than queue in a shop. They last really well too! We LOVE ToeZone! xx

1st time I bought these shoes they were for young boy from a Ukrainian family I sponsored.
They returned back to the Ukraine and recently returned for a well needed break. His mum wanted another pair as he’s grown. Also they’ve kept their appearance and he loves the comfort of them.
They’ve gone back to the Ukraine now and Urii is wearing his new shoes with pride.
(The pair they left have had a good clean and are going to a local charity to be used again).

Richard and the team were very helpful with the size 13 child's school shoes we ordered for my daughter. They were lost in transit and a replacement pair was taken from the communal postal area. Toezone were able to replace them on both occassions and went above and beyond to ensure that we had customer satisfaction. Highly recommended and the shoes are ideal too.

Very disappointed in the service from their customer reps. Having bought directly a pair of shoes that showed very bad wear after only a couple of weeks I messaged and sent photos. it has been months now (pre 2023) since I first emailed and I have had 1 email to say they are looking at my request. Shocking service and looking at other reviews here it seems their spam folder needs checking much more.

I have returned a pair of shoes (just unsuitable) - and they are not processing my refund, despite the fact that I have an e-mail saying my refund request is approved!
I have e-mailed twice and they are not contacting me back.
I'm very worried that their after service is not good and that I will not receive my money - for this reason I would be very sceptical buying from them.
"Typically a store is legally required to give refunds if a purchase breaches the customer’s satisfactory rights. These are covered at length in the Consumer Rights Act 2015"

Toezone are brilliant for school shoes. In the last few years, two pairs of Clarks shoes have broken within days of being worn, so we decided that there's no point spending the cost of Clarks if they're not going to last.
Not only are Toezone half the price of Clarks, they last sooo much longer, and they have THE BEST choice of practical school shoes for girls I have found. My daughter wants to run and play, and we walk/scoot to school whatever the weather every day. The Mary Jane style shoe that everyone seems to think girls need/want is so antiquated in ideology and just not practical for a girl who is equal to everyone in her class! (Sorry.... didn't mean to get political there!)

Please keep giving girls an equal choice in shoes! ... As a good friend commented, 'Life is being made harder for girls already'.

The Toezone shoes I ordered for my son are of great quality and robust. They were also delivered in good time.I hope Toezone will develop shoes for children up to size 5 one day soon, as my son will soon be outgrowing these sturdy shoes. We will be sad to outgrow this brand.

I’m really disappointed I haven’t received my order yet - it’s been over 5 days. I have messaged and do not get a response. The boots were a Christmas present for my daughter

Yes they’ve arrived- worth noting it’s a family run business operating on national/international scale. We got there in the end! May need quicker customer service, if I’d known it was due to the strike, I wouldn’t have been so concerned- I didn’t even know Royal Mail was the chosen courier!

Was really impressed with first purchase. Shoes lasted most of school year (Nursery). Second purchase this year and the shoes started falling apart in a matter of weeks! Sent feedback message via Toezone website but no reply. Sent a follow up email a week later and again no as it stands we still havent received a reply!

We love toezone our little girl has special needs finding shoes that last her is so hard but these do ! They are great for wide feet too which is usually a problem. Highly recommend we have just got her some winter boots from toezone now too !!
