I was initially hesitant to spend too much on shoes for my son, knowing how quickly kids outgrow them. But Toetots completely changed my perspective! The quality and comfort are unmatched, and their designs are so thoughtful. Plus, with their seasonal discounts, I was able to snag a great deal. My son has been wearing the shoes for months, and they still look great. Definitely worth the investment!

I would give zero stars if I could. ToeTots says they ship within 1-3 business days, but I’ve waited three weeks and still have nothing. Furthermore, I’ve reached out FIVE TIMES through different avenues and the only reply I got was after threatening to report them. The reply didn’t answer a single one of my inquiries, nor did they cancel and refund my order as I requested. There is no phone number to call and cancel or look into a refund status. The Shop app shows the order is still being prepared, after almost a month. Look at he reviews from others and you’ll see this is common. ToeTots have effectively stolen from me and I will be reporting them to the FTC. Go with 2TinyFeet- at least they have a responsive customer service team.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and when the shoes arrived, they didn’t fit my child. I was so worried it would be a hassle to fix, but when I reached out to their customer service team, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. They guided me in finding the right size for my child and even sent a replacement package promptly. I’m beyond impressed with their customer care and dedication to making things right. Highly recommend TOETOTS!

I bought 2 pair of shoes, I wanted to return one pair because is too small for my son and asked how to proceed and didn't have any answer yet. In their website is written that you can return within 30 days. Also the shoes look wide but when you take the inside part is clearly not wide enough to be called respectful shoe.

I had a disappointing experience with this product. The shoes I received were made in China and looked very different from the pictures. One of the shoes had a piece of silicone or plastic stuck underneath the insole, which hadn’t been properly removed during manufacturing. My son kept complaining that something felt odd inside, but I couldn’t figure it out until I removed the insole and found the issue. The sole was even marked by this leftover piece. Poor little boy!

Their marketing might be good, but the company clearly lacks quality control and attention to detail. I wouldn’t recommend them.

No shipping information received. When I contacted them, I received a reply to say I will receive tracking info within 36 hours and I can upgrade to express shipping following a link (stupid me). No reply from customer service since I purchased express shipping.

FRAUD COMPANY.

When I placed my order, it said the shoes would be delivered within the next 3-5 business days. It's been 14 days and I still haven't gotten my order. I emailed them - no response. It seems like it's a fraud company. Do not recommend. There's plenty of similar shoes on amazon.

I have ordered 2 shoes for my kids and let me start by talking about the quality and the the way it was shaped to give enough room for the toes also the cushioned filling ,at the end let’s not forget the budget friendly prices ,i think I will be a loyal customer and I encourage everyone to buy toetots products.

I have had a brilliant customer service experience. I received the trainers I ordered for my little one but they were too small so I contacted Toetots right away and they are sending me replacements at the right size, I only pay shipping costs. They helped me make sure I got the right size this time, this is fantastic customer service.

My little one is obsessed with these shoes! He just likes to wear them. They're comfy, easy to put on and loo adorable.

Very unreliable company! I placed an order 10 days back and within 24 hrs of placing the order I realised that the sizing may not work for my kid. I wrote an email to them asking if they can cancel the order. No responde for a week. I wrote to them on Instagram via their channel and still no response. It’s now been 10 days, they have deducted my money and there’s no word from them on either cancelling the order or shipping timeline. Fraud company that cannot be trusted.

I'm so happy with both the winter and summer shoes I bought ! The WildKid winter boots are amazing - they lasted all winter, even through snow and rain and still look brand new The Air Wave shoes are great too: easy to get on and my kiddo loves how comfy and soft they are.

I love both the TotTrek and Dawn shoed, they're adorable and my son loves them! I messed up and forgot my discount code, but customer service was amazing and gave me a voucher to use next time. Can't wait to buy some winter shoes!

Sto aspettando l’ordine express da un mese..doveva arrivare entro due giorni lavorativi.
Oggi mi è arrivato un link dove c’è scritto che il pacco spedito da Yunexpress è stato preso in carico da Amazon a Milano e probabilmente arriverà a noi tra 10 giorni.
Molto probabilmente quando riceverò il pacco dovrò fare un reso perché la scarpa sarà già piccola a mia figlia.
Ho chiesto specifiche sull’arrivo del prodotto che sembrava dovesse arrivare dagli Stati Uniti ma nessuno ti risponderà mai a questa domanda, ho commentato i loro post su Instagram e hanno cancellato i miei commenti.
Non mi sembra un servizio molto trasparente, ora sono proprio curiosa di vedere che prodotto ci arriverà.
Per la prima volta ho provato a spendere poco per le scarpe di mia figlia ma è un errore che non ripeterò mai più.

I ordered my little one a pair of shoes in size 12-18m, but they wear way too big! Even thought the size wasn't right the shoes themselves are adorable and seem really comfortable for my baby's feet.
