I wanted to buy a bike for my 4-year-old son’s birthday, but it turned into a complete disaster!

- First, they said the delivery was just delayed.
- Then, they told me the package was lost in transit.
- I kept asking for updates again and again, but got fewer and fewer responses.
- In the end, they just stopped replying altogether – no solution, no bike, no refund!

Mr. Frank Huber is clearly running a scam business. This kind of unacceptable behavior should not go unnoticed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered this bike from Todoparabike.com on
23/03/2024 and paid for it by bankers draft on the 1st of April 2024 at a cost of €1,203.18 I was told it would take four days to be delivered after payment was made.

I paid for the bicycle to Jürgen Lübke
ref: GNENQYZIP from my company account by wire transfer.

I was informed that it was shipped on the 3rd of April. Today is the 1st of May and I haven’t received the bicycle.
I have sent a number of emails to them asking where is the bike and my security company have rang the telephone number given on your literature when they do it only rings twice then disconnects.

In your replies to my emails you give lame excuses about there being mistakes made by the delivery company (which I understand is your company) then you tell me the merchandise has been delivered which, is untrue.

I specifically ask for the merchandise to be delivered to be delivered to the security office where I live.
The security office have confirmed that they have NOT received the merchandise. 
I have requested a full refund of my money but, you deny this.

I visited the address given on your literature at Augustin de Betancourt 21 Madrid and you don’t exist there.

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

THEY ARE A SCAMMING COMPANY.

Son unos estafadores… otro que ha caído en sus redes… siempre la misma contestación a los e-mails…
Por supuesto, se llevan una denuncia.. aunque no sirva para nada..

Son unos estafadores compré el día 2 de febrero 2024,un garmin1040 y nada de nada perdí el dinero.son unos estafadores no compréis nada.

Ordered in the middle of August, and order would be shipped in a couple of days. Now, end of September no product, and despite of several mail conversations no tracking number or any real updates from the seller.
