UPDATE/MODIFICATION:
This is the foolishness Im dealing with. Im being told(a loyal recurring customer) that I provided an incorrect address, Yet, WHY IS THE FACT THAT THE COURIER STATED THEY PUT IT IN A MAILBOX....THE MAILBOX THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN REFERECNING AS ON THE SHIPPING DOESNT EXIST, SO IF ANYTHING, THE PACKAGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT BACK TO THE SENDER NON DELIVERABLE, NOT , PLACED INSIDE MAILBOX. THE MAILBOX NEVER EXISTED. SO HOW CAN THE COURIER CLAIM THEY LEFT IT IN THAT BOX....? Respectfully Submitted,,,,, An Old Patron.

Order Never Delivered. No Proof of Delivery (POD)
Package was never left in the building eighter because we were in the Lobby ALL day when deliveries were being made... Courier stated (Lied) about the package being left in the Mailbox of the recepient, but noo such mailbox even existed within our building.. I reported this to USPS before even dealing with Tabaccostock . You guys didnt even want to offer a credit or reship with the correct data , i was told I had to absorb that cost..

I was in a rush, searched "5lb gold good stuff," followed link and ordered. After paying, i realized I had ordered menthol, emailed about my mistake and Tobaccostock was quick to rectify my error.

Amazing I left something out for my shipping and they immediately responded and corrected the issue I'm so thrilled.

I don't have much bad to say about tobacco stock. I've had great service all around. Only thing I don't like is over filling the shipping containers. I order a 5lb bag of tobacco and 10 cartons of tubes typically and the usual is to stuff a box with both tobacco and tubes so full it's bulging. Almost every order, the tubes are crushed to varying degrees. I have recently started ordering them separately to prevent this from happening, it costs double the shipping but nothing arrives mashed up and unusable. Tobacco stock has taken care of me somehow when this does happen. Other than that small issue, everything and every encounter has been smooth and couldn't be happier!

This was my second order with this company, and both purchases couldn’t have been executed better. They’re my new source for tobacco products. Thanks, guys!

Tobacco Stock is definitely legitimate! Placed my first order with them on 02/01, on 02/05 I had my order in hand, I have no doubt this was due to a combination of professionalism and the fact that our States neighbor one another, I’m pretty sure not all orders ship this fast, what’s clear is that my order didn’t sit on someone desk for a week or more before being shipped out, not to mention the products were fresh, look forward to doing business again very soon.

I just recently found this website a couple months ago I’m approaching 10 orders or more. I really appreciate you guys service the shipping time frames and how you have a vast variety of products I would like to see maybe some cigarette lighters as well.
