Dave and the team at Toast Design are spectacular in all areas of expertise. I need a very specific site for a very specific audience, and to be fair, it was right out of their comfort zone, but they smashed it!!

It looks amazing, the functionality is superb, and they gave me a lot of after sale training so that I had the understanding of how to do certain things on it so I didn't have to keep disturbing them.

They are awesome, and anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot!!

Toast Design have helped us with our wordpress website. We have a monthly contract and whenever we have a problem they deal with it, if the issue is falls outside of our contract they let us know in advance so there are no surprise bills. Charlotte and Aarron have been great over the last year and realy helpped keep our business on track. I wouldn't go anywhere else for website support.

Design work was flawless, I run a small independent business but the work completed by TOAST has made me stand out from the competition. The team are friendly and approachable, always happy to help with advice and further design work, can fault them.

Was excited to work with Toast to design my new website based on their portfolio, the few reviews I could find online, and the impression of organised competence I got from their detailed project proposal. The proposal promised a completed, live website in 7 weeks. Over 16 weeks later, I put an end to the project with less than half the work completed, considering the project a complete loss and starting over with a new agency.

As soon as the project began, the level of responsiveness to my queries dropped. The tidy process outlined in the proposal was not followed, no deadlines for stages were put in place until I asked multiple times, and then the deadlines were ignored. The jump from design to implementation was where the project really fell apart, with the developer creating a website that had many differences from the original design, and basic mistakes that were not fixed even after repeated requests. There were also basic technical errors during go-live that resulted in measurable losses for my business.

Working with toast has been a great experience - they are forever helpful and I am thrilled with the result - our new website looks stunning. I would absolutely work with Toast again!

Working with Toast Design has been great. I approached them with nothing but an idea to start a drinks company. We worked together in building the brand I now have today. That's everything from the company name, logo, what the bottle and packaging would look like, the website, and all marketing materials. I have worked closely with the Toast team over the last few years on a range of different projects so it was an interesting experience being on the other side of the table when they designed and developed my new website. My old static site hadn't been updated for years and wasn't doing anything to help my business, so I was incredibly happy with the new site that allowed me to create/update content as and when I liked, link to social media accounts and really engage my various audiences. Toast managed every stage of the development, ensuring nothing was missed and that I ended up with the site I needed, on time and to budget.
