Tailor Made Sales and Lettings Bewertungen

Our house had been on the market for 6 months until our agent suddenly announced they were closing their business. I contacted Tom at TM and he immediately took over our sale and we had a buyer within a month. There was good communication with the sales team. The only word of caution is that the solicitors we used, via the conveyancing service, were not very on the ball and we were constantly chasing them…on reflection,we should have gone with a local solicitor.

Everything from start was finish was excellent,
Very friendly staff.
Couldn’t be happier thank you all

How reassuring to find an Estate agent that took all the hassle away. We met Vicky initially ....to discuss our options and she provided us with excellent advice. Selling the house seemed a breeze... they had numerous people lined up a week after putting it on the market. They then advised about which offer to accept and within 2 weeks the "sale was done". Really couldn't be any easier... and for anyone selling a house in the Allesley park area... they have to be "go to" estate agents with some much local knowledge. Many thanks ....

Georgia at Tailor Made has made my experience of finding and renting a property very smooth from the minute I viewed the property to the moment I moved. She is very helpful and understanding to my situation and my bombardment of questions! ! I feel very reassured that if I need any help or encounter any problems I know Georgia will be able to deal with whatever I need. Thanks Georgia.

I had a great experience with Taylor Made with Liam and Georgia renting out my property. Really helpful, friendly and efficient during the process. I like the small friendly local feel of the agents and would highly recommend. Thanks for all your help.

I’ve used Taylor Made for a number of years now and yet again the lettings team have been amazing. Massive shout out and thank you to Georgia and Liam who have put my mind at ease at ever step of a tennant change. Be it recommending contractors for work that needs completing, to general advice with the letting of my property. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough great team, great company, great people.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Georgia made the entire process of finding a rental property incredibly easy and hassle-free.

One of the things that stood out to me the most about Georgia was her responsiveness. She was always quick to respond to my calls and inquiries, which made me feel valued as a client and ensured that any doubts or questions I had were promptly addressed.

She guided me through every step of the letting process, offering valuable insights and advice along the way.

Thanks to Georgia's assistance, I was able to find the perfect rental property without any stress or complications. I would highly recommend Tailor made Lettings to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient letting agent. Thank you, Georgia, for your outstanding service!

Highly Professional and trustworthy dealings.
The issues were addressed properly.
Always responsive to mails regarding queries and issues.
Really helpful and nice staffs.

Every part of the process of letting our house has been dealt with the utmost professionalism. They have been approachable, keeping us up to date with every part of the process.

Not great on the maintenance side. Broken fascia board with nesting birds & wasps over the last 2 years. Reported a number of occasions & promises made but no action. Disappointing. Can't quite work out why they say it will be done & then don't bother. If you can't be bothered be honest & say so!

I have leased my lovely home from Tailor Made Sales and Lettings for almost four years. The whole team are very professional, as well as friendly and helpful to deal with. Admin is always dealt with swiftly, and should I have a query, or a problem regarding my property, they are quick to answer questions, or resolve issues.
Thanks a lot team, keep up the great work.

Excellent experience, would highly recommend. The whole team really made what could have been a stressful experience extremely simple.

Easy going and understanding. Make renting process convenient and they don't sit on top of your head like some agencies do.

Really friendly team and made my purchase as smooth as possible

From my first phone call regarding a property to rent Georgia has been fantastic, always on hand to answer any questions I had, nothing to much for her and made the process seemless

From the very first moment I got in touch (via a close friend) with tailor made, my experience exceeded my expectations. I’ve originally spoke to Tom, but his team have always been very kind, hard working and supporting. Thank you Vicky, Amanda, Lorraine. You were problem solving, trust wordy and even funny. You did more for me and my case than the solicitors I’ve hired.
One day when I went in just to say hi to the faces I was only hearing over the phone, I was welcome with a lot of answers and guidance to issues I had with the solicitors.
There’s a very big thank you to you all !
Definitely will be recommending you to friends.
Love, Raquel

From the initial contact to the finalization of our lease, my experience with Tailor Made was nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism, attentiveness, and transparency displayed by the team set a new benchmark.

The process of finding a property can often be daunting, but Tailor Made made it seamless and stress-free. When we showed interest in a property, the response from their team was prompt and informative.

One aspect that stood out was the personalized service we received. Our agent, Georgia, went above and beyond to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel valued and understood. They were incredibly flexible, arranging viewings that accommodated our tight schedules and always being on hand to answer any questions we had, no matter how trivial they seemed.

The transparency regarding fees, documentation, and the application process was refreshing. Tailor Made provided a clear breakdown of all costs involved, with no hidden charges or surprises. The paperwork was straightforward, and their team guided us through every step, ensuring we were fully informed and comfortable with the agreements we were entering into.

All the staff are very helpful, friendly and always on hand to give advice and support throughout. A very professional business run by family oriented management and staff.
