I would never recommend this company. I almost ordered back in May and then the free shipping became expensive so I cancelled. They callee me to please order and they would make it really free on shipping. By then my husband purchased one for me. Then still in May I wanted another one and reached back out. To the same person. They said they were working on it. Now in August still nothing. I moved on and bought one from Growers Solutions with real free shipping. I sent an email and all they could do is close out my ticket and not say a word to me. Horrible customer service and I will never order from them. Wish I could post pictures of the emails. The representatives name is Arsenion Blandon.

I've been in earthmoving for 27+ years, I was looking for a fail mower for a 5t excavator for the hard to reach parts on acreage. I got quote's from 5 manufacturer's and distributors, the price's ranged from double to triple the cost of the TMG mower, so I was sceptical as to the quality. With a year warranty I thought I'll give them ago. I have given it a fair work out and can say it hasn't missed a beat and I'm very happy with the performance and quality

Wood processing machine -weld broke on splitter mechanism after cutting and splitting less than one tonne of wood. Terrible Chinese weld on terrible Chinese steel. After nearly two months of them playing delay tactics the factory says the cover over the ram was the issue ?? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TMG. cheap Chinese products branded Canadian etc. The worst company I have ever dealt with

Very poor customer service. Buyer beware, low quality chinese products with no quality domestic service.

I bought this sawmill (PMS26) about 3 years ago. The blade keeps coming off from the wheel, and the machine has NEVER worked properly — not even once. I have called. I have emailed multiple times. Nobody helped me. Nobody even tried. Three years of my money and time completely wasted. I deeply regret this purchase, and I regret trusting this company.
If you are thinking of buying this — please learn from my experience. Save yourself the heartbreak.

Purchased a TMG-WC62S, dissatisfied with what was portrayed is not accurate as per the advertisement. The TMG-WC62S, marketed as suitable for most skid-steer makes and models, is, in reality, somewhat misleading for consumers. It seems that the hardware requires extremely high-flow hydraulics, which is far from suitable for most skid-steer models. It will be interesting to see how TMG Industrial Australia handles this matter; there seems to be zero local support or correspondence in Australia to date. All shipping and technical support were in BC, Canada, which is disappointing. Update on 06/06/2026. TMG Industrial Australia accepted the return of the wood chipper and a full refund less shipping costs, all via correspondence from CANADA more than 3 weeks ago, but TMG failed to deliver the refund for the goods to date, despite a lengthy back-and-forth process. This is now heading to Victorian Fair Trades for a formal complaint on this matter. TMG Industrial Australia are not a local company and has zero customer support in Australia. And can evaporate.

Polycarbonate panels deteriorated in 3 years. Do not buy. No guarantee on a defective product.

The 6x8 metal shed is great. Delivery was timely. I’m very happy with the product and delivery. Assembly is another thing. The assembly directions are pretty poor. Clearly not the same quality as the product. You hurt yourselves because the product is great but the directions are terrible. I had to take multiple parts off and turn them around and reassemble because the directions are not descriptive enough. Pictures don’t work because the detail and angle of assembly are not clear. Do yourselves and your customers a favor and improve the assembly manual.

It was easy to order and the product came in quickly

i purchased a tire machine and what crap it is .. i have to replace all the air lines and these guys didnt get back to me for any warranty,, buy a coats machine or something of better quality unless you like replacing air lines..not recommended.i replaced some of the original lines with better quality so i can sell this junk. how ever the ones under the turn table have now let go, the first one leaked as soon as i hooked up the machine.

Everything worked out great, and we put the large toolbox to good use!

We purchased a building a year and half ago, just very recently erected to building less then a month ago and for unknown reasons the building collapsed in less then 30 days. I contacted TMG and explained what happened, Customer service Rep Ryan Drake went above and beyond. We knew we were well over the warranty period, Ryan and the management team worked with us and made it right when the had no obligation to us at all. No questions asked we will definitely be return customers in the future !!

Don't Buy TMG that's all I can say. I just purchased the TMG GSB34 34 inch tracked for almost 4k. DO NOT BUY!!! First the free shipping is not free. They will call you after the sale and ask for a special free if its going to a home on top of $120 insurance shipping fee, then asked me to help pay towards a $250 additional fee. I said no and they still delivered it. I could get the gear to engage so call the service number all they did was send me a digital copy of the manual that came with it. I asked for a phone call, My fried figured out it was something wrong with the safety switch and giggling the crap out of it worked. Finally its up and running got about 20 feet and the track falls off. I have now wasted hours on this with no snow plowed and now I need to pay someone to come plow my driveway!!!!

A couple of items were damaged in shipment due to the shipping company. TMG was good by it and had replacements shipped out immediately.

I was trying to make sure that I got a call before they delivered my machine and was cut off and told that that’s pretty well standard procedure so I called a manager he took up for him
Might seem small but I was treated like I was a child
That’s enough for me to go somewhere else the next time
